People talking loudly outside. It is 9:30 pm and we can still hear them. We were told many were staying here due to a funeral. There should be a quiet time enforcement. Upon entering the room we were hit with an overwhelming cleaner, but soon found the source. Two plug in air fresheners set to max level. They burned our nostrils and gave us a terrible headache. We unplugged and put in the bathroom cabinet. The roon is nice otherwise.

We have a strict quiet time policy in place, and we regret that it was not enforced effectively during your stay. We take guest comfort seriously and will be reviewing our procedures with staff to ensure such disruptions do not occur again.Regarding the air fresheners and bathroom cabinets, we apologize for any confusion. We do not utilize plug-in air fresheners in our guest rooms. Additionally, we acknowledge that we don't have cabinets in our bathrooms. We are glad to hear that you found the room itself to be otherwise satisfactory. We strive to continually improve our guest experience, and your feedback is valuable in that process.

We have stayed here before & is our "go to" hotel of choice. Pricing was good, free morning breakfast, and they keep lemon water & ice tea in the lobby for the guests. Very comfortable place.

This property is a little beat up and outdated. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a little dot of blood on my conforter and the light switch in our room was black with dirt. Overall it wasn't horrible. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was exceptionally clean.

The woman that checked us in was so nice, friendly and hospitable. I would definitely stay again! Every worker that I came across while staying was very nice and smiling. I have never stayed at a hotel where everyone was this nice. I will definitely be back evEry time I'm in Martinsburg.

It's a wonderfully convenient place to stay, hotel is nice and clean, free breakfast is good and offers different options, overall good value for the price. Only real negative complaint is bed was extremely uncomfortable. A firm mattress is not a bad thing, but it was more like sleeping on a hard floor instead of an actual bed. Otherwise its a nice hotel.

I will stay again when visiting family in area, first night's suite (with Jacuzzi, great) smaller disability room was very convenient, not fancy, but very comfortable, breakfasts provided, nice with flavored waffles!! Staff very helpful, always had accurate wake-up calls (even 4a on departure to airport). Rooms had mini microwave and fridge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Some things although well maintained were somewhat out dated. The jet tub in the bathroom was a little old. I was surprised on the layout of the room. Most suites have a small room with a couch and tv. This had one large l shaped room. The tv stand was situated such that you really couldn’t watch tv lying in the bed or sitting in the lounge chair. All in all I found the experience a decent value for the money.

Love this place. Clean quiet and they don’t charge you an arm leg. Remember, you just want to rent a room not buy it! Very affordable and breakfast with excellent they have great coffee too. When I come back to West Virginia, I will always come to Comfort Inn.

My room smelled so bad I had to keep spraying my bed. I bought a sheet to cover and still couldn’t stand the smell. Elevator was broken so I had to lug my things downstairs. Staff was nice enough to help but this place is disgusting. These reviews are lying.

This hotel is a very great place to stay. It is as good as or better than many other hotels in the area that cost a lot more than this one. We come to Martinsburg frequently and will make it a point to always stay at this facility in the future.
