Wonderful Experiance
We stayed over the long Australia Day weekend. Rob is very friendly and hospitable. Wonderful property with loads to do. I would definately come again and recommend this property and owner.

Amazing
We stayed here for two nights and to say that it was anything less then amazing, would be a lie. The owner of the house was really friendly and made us feel comfortable. It was even better that we were able to bring our two dogs.

Relaxing getaway
The Stayz website itself was very glitchy and wouldn't allow me to login to it. Relaxing time away, easy to login to WiFi as a guest. The dog loved the backyard, the hot tub was good and so was the mini golf. Easy to contact manager if required. Everything was clean and we had an enjoyable week. Thank you

Awesome backyard
Beautiful house with an awesome backyard for our 2 fur babies. Love the fire pit Friendly owner who lives onsite. It wasn’t mentioned in the description. Respected our privacy. Works outside around the house when we were there, and shared the kitchen albeit when we’re out. Was fine with us but wasn’t expecting it. All in all, a nice stay for us

On our List Property
This property is one of the few houses (bnb) in our list of recommended properties. Beautifully landscaped backyard, clean house and the best host ever! His name is Rob. He is very accommodating and gives you privacy. My daughter wants to go back there for summer next year. Highly recommend this property!!!

The house it self was very nice
Me and my partner wanted to get away for my birthday for a romantics weekend. Great place for the dogs nice back yard the house was great but one small problem the owner was there living in a seperate room that made us feel uncomfortable. We didn’t end up having a romantic weekend at all or using the spa. If your going to rent this place and you think you will have the whole place to yourself think again. The owner of the property will be there with you. It doesn’t say on the right up about the owners being there so if you feel comfortable with him being there than go ahead rent it out. We were very disappointed.

Thank you so much for the review. I would agree, and others do too (as seen in my many positive reviews), that Chillington is a magical place and incredibly relaxing for all who visit. They use all the numerous amenities offered including the spa which is clearly mentioned in the advertising. Maybe next time you can bring your bathers with you! Ha ha. Im happy your puppy enjoyed the wide open spaces and could join you on your weekend as we try to be inclusive to all, fur-babies included. Sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable, I do make an active effort to make myself scarce whilst guests are enjoying their stay. Luckily he layout of Chillington offers guests a secondary a private living space for those wanting the added privacy. I would like to point out that In the advertising, it is clearly mentioned it’s a shared space so please be mindful when booking your next romantic holiday away (hope they will allow the flexibility for extended late checkout as Chillington did).

Chillington by name and by nature
The property is as good as it looks it’s photos. It does not feel like you are only 10 mins from Rosebud beaches. The location was perfectly situated or you are keen to go to the hot springs or play some golf. So accessible. My dogs were made very welcome and we really enjoyed spending some time with our host, Rob, and hearing some of his own travel and adventure stories (of which he has a wealth of, with some that will leave you with some serious wanderlust).

Happy Stayer
One of the nicest home owners I’ve come across, was very welcoming and overall just a top bloke. The house has everything you need both on the inside and outside. Would definitely recommend giving it a look, 10/10.

Lovely country block with lovely window views, most pleasing decor and lovely showers.
Lovely first impression. Garden beautiful and relaxing. Lovely BBQ Area. Spa. Close to many shops and the beach. Rosebud Hotel Just nearby is a wonderful venue. Good parking. Safe feeling in this area.

A Most Delicious & Relaxing Stay
We had a brilliant time. Very easy check in. Incredible property. Remarkably clean. The host takes so much pride to give the most inviting surroundings. To ensure the Photos don’t do it justice. The host is the most inviting, friendly guy and makes you feel extremely at home. If you have stress & needing relaxation. This is definitely the spot. We will return soon 🎈 Weather was perfect too. Oh what a beautiful time we had.

Really loveley property with approachable and friendly host
Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean . Kitchen needs upgrade but was very functional . Host was really friendly and welcoming . Location is not too close to beach but very accessible . Really enjoyable experience
