L'École is a private, comfortable queen bedroom with ensuite available for short-term rental.

L'École can provide a clean and comfortable accommodation option when visiting friends or family, traveling for business, exploring Melbourne, renovating, between homes, or supporting loved ones at the nearby medical facilities.

The studio apartment adjoins the family home.

Located in Bentleigh East, L’École is equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi, television, modern ensuite, Queen sized bed, ample storage, private access, and off-street parking. The kitchenette offers tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, and toaster. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery, glassware, utensils, and all the items required for a simple meal or a glass of wine in the nearby kitchen garden.
Alternatively, there is a variety of restaurants within walking distance along nearby Center Road.

Also along Centre Rd, there is a number of retail outlets and services including, supermarket, pharmacy, liquor outlets, gym, laundromat, newsagent, florist, butcher, baker, and bank (among others).

The Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre and Public transport options to nearby Southland or Chadstone shopping centers are also within walking distance.

Your hosts are never far away should you require directions, support, or advice regarding any of the facilities or nearby restaurants, public transport, sporting venues, schools, or universities. Longer-term rental can also be arranged.

The room is 20m2, with double glazed and well insulated making it quiet and comfortable. There are a number of heating options for the cooler months and a remote-controlled AC unit if needed in the warmer weather.

Noise:
The room is double glazed and well insulated, making it quiet and comfortable.

Heating and Cooling:
The studio apartment is part of a ducted heating system that heats the whole house. During the cooler months, the ducted heating is set at the overnight temperature of 17 degrees* but l'École can be maintained at a temperature of your choice by using the panel heater or reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The heating ducts can also be manually closed if you wish. The register on the floor hides a baffle that can be closed as needed.
There is also a heating duct in the bathroom under the vanity.
The instructions for remote-controlled Air Conditioning are printed later in this guide.
*Please advise My Lodgingfy if you have any requirements outside these parameters.

Other:
Hot water is via a storage unit that services the whole lower floor. Some minor variance in the temperature is normal.
The toilet uses rainwater stored in a number of tanks. You may hear a pump running when the toilets are flushed.
The heated towel rail is switched near the lights in the ensuite.
There is an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe.
The refrigerator is switched under the sink if the noise of it running is bothersome (Obviously consider the possible spoilage of your items, if the refrigerator is turned off).
The locked door adjoins the family home and will remain locked for the course of your stay for your security and privacy.
It can only be unlocked from the l'École side of the door.

Noise:
The sliding door facing East Boundary Rd is double-glazed and the walls are well insulated. Please advise of any unacceptable noise and your hosts will assess the problem.
