Pésimo servicio en el Lobby
Creo q no es correcto que el hotel ofrezca cosas que a la hora de llegar y estar en el hotel no te las dan, valdría la pena que aclaren en todas sus paginas que su única amenidad la piscina esta cerrada y que quiten el enunciado que dan desayuno, ya que mi reserva decía que me incluía 3 desayunos y hoy por la mañana de una manera abusiva la señorita del lobby Nos dijo que tampoco dan por el COVID siento que el mantener exhibidas en la pagina cosas que no cumplen es publicidad engañosa, así que se vuelve desagradable, es mejor saber uno todo desde el principio, para uno saber a que atenerse, y Porfavor les urge como hotel que les den un curso de servicio al cliente a su personal en el lobby, se supone que están para apoyar y son groseras, abusivas, maleducadas, hoy 31 de julio a las 8:15 am la señorita del lobby me levanto la voz molesta por que le mencione que no estaba deacuerdo con que anunciaran u ofrecieran cosas que como hotel no están cumpliendo, se molesto y me grito delante de mis hijas, me vi obligada a decirle que estaba siendo abusiva conmigo y que por que se enojaba, El nombre de la señorita es Rosa, este tipo de comportamiento arruina y empaña la imagen de su cadena hotelera por que no hay nada peor que un mal servicio, por todo lo demás el hotel es confortable

Agradable estancia
Fue una muy buena estancia, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

The staff was friendly. The facility was pretty clean. The pool room was warm however the hot tub didn’t work and never got hot. The breakfast was ok. Wish there were more fruit options. The beds were comfortable. The price of the room still was pretty steep for one night. I would use again but hopefully at a better rate.

It was very noisy. We were near the front desk and I could hear the desk clerk talking in the middle of the night. The doors slammed really loudly. The pillows were hard as rocks. I was disappointed because this facility had a high rating.

This hotel was very nice and super convenient to the highway. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my elderly parents. Please note: this is a pet friendly hotel. There were several dogs who barked day and night which was annoying.

Staff was great. We had two rooms and in each room the TV did not work. Need to always check batteries in remote. The place was very clean but our room was not ready when we arrived and we waited over an hour to be cleaned. Then the Staff gave us an upgrade and it worked wonderfully

The facility was not anywhere near full. However, we were placed in a room adjacent to the elevator. Each time the elevator was used the noise level in our room was instantly increased. Fortunately, elevator traffic subsided at bedtime. Unfortunately, this particular room overlooked the neighboring property's dumpster and several other dumpsters were nearby. So, when the elevator noise subsided the dumpster banging took over. I had stayed at this location once before and had no issues. The hotel should use this room and possibly others in the near area as last assigned. Other than the noise the facility was fine.

The hotel room was nice and accommodating. The park lot is small so it was tough to find a spot to park coming back to the hotel at night. The breakfast is also good with pretty decent options.

The furniture was old, scratched and peeling. I literally dusted the desk, night tables and bureau. Phone in the room didn’t work. Front desk could have cared less. My socks were black after the one night we stayed.

Perfect spot for a family vacation! The staff was nice and able to assist with any needs. Just wish the hot tub would have been working, BUT the pool was nice and warm and did make up for it. Clean and safe area right off the interstate.

I liked location close to mall and ikea. I disliked that hot tub was advertised but was inoperable, walls really thin could hear everything above, below and to either side and outside. Blankets were paper thin and additional bedding not available, shower was in poor condition.

Noisy! Sounded like a circus or construction going on in the room above me. Loud, continuous talking and laughing in the lobby area until past 11 pm. The smoking area must be at the hotel main entrance. Saw several people smoking at the front entrance. There are cigarette butts scattered around the property. The room itself was very nice and clean.

This was our third time staying here because they are dog friendly and are reasonably priced, but not sure we’ll be back. The grass area for the dog was covered in dog doo, the breakfast was unattended by an employee (no eggs, cereal spilled everywhere, a huge line for the one waffle machine, which was the only fully stocked warm item.) There was a cereal spill all over the elevator that sat like that on multiple elevator trips I took throughout the morning. I think the hotel staff has good intentions but the hotel was lacking this time around.
