Struttura molto gradevole, ben tenuta e pulita. Comodissima come posizione, vicina a stazione centrale e al centro pedonale. Il nostro host Giovanni, gentile e disponibile.

Prima B&B
Ik had in eerste instantie moeite om de B&B te vinden, maar de vriendelijke eigenaar heeft mij prima geholpen. Mooie kamer met ensuite douche en toilet. Alles zeer schoon en een prima dubbel bed. Self service ontbijt was voor mij voldoende. Ook waren er voldoende eetgelegenheden in de omgeving.

Not much to recommend it other than location.
Very strange place with no customer service. Not sure it belongs on hotels.com as it is more of a self serve room in a hallway of 6 rooms. No person on site to greet you, rooms very spartan without even a drinking glass. Hard bed, decent linens. But the location was perfect for making connections between the ferry and the train.

There was nothing really ‘wrong’ with the property. It was very clean and close to the train station. We weren’t on the Main Street, but on the side street and it was still a bit noisy (but quiet between 12 am and 7 am). I gave the property 3 stars due to the fact the the host was a bit hard to get a hold of-when I reached him by phone, he didn’t seem to know why I was calling and I had messaged him a few times on Expedia; they had issues with our card to pay (our credit card company had no record of them attempting a transaction, and he only wanted cash); the breakfast was very simple, but still ok; his co-host was not ‘UNfriendly,’ he just wasn’t friendly at all (not more than one word from him in the morning; the bed was very hard. But overall, a solid 3 out of 5. And good value what they charged. A good place for one night, but not any longer.

Posizione comoda, a due passi dal duomo. Stanze pulite, anche se in una c'era un persistente odore proveniente dalle tubature del bagno. Nel complesso comunque è stata una buona sistemazione.

Gestita male..
La struttura è carina, la stanza spaziosa ma con odori sgradevoli provenienti dal bagno perché la porta non si chiudeva bene. Abbiamo anche aspettato perché in struttura nn c'era nessuno, poi è arrivato l'host che ci ha aperto la porta ha preso i soldi senza chiedere i documenti ed è andato via, il giorno che siamo andati via c'era solo un ragazzo x la colazione, scarsa, e quindi non ci hanno dato neanche la ricevuta dei soldi pagati.

Messina is well worth a visit. This modest guesthouse was ideally situated midway between station and cathedral. Nice spacious room and excellent bathroom.

Trevligt ställe i messina. Messina var inte så mycket att göra i. Elysium var rent och snyggt. Stort rum rent och fräscht. Frukosten var inte bra.

Una sola notte per necessità di lavoro. Dopo un piccolo disguido per l'orario del check in, tutto è andato a posto. Buona accoglienza, stanza grande, un bel bagno, tutto nuovo e molti pulito. A voler essere un po' puntigliosi

If you arrive after 5pm, avoid this place.
Be careful about their check-in time. You can check-in smoothly only between 3 - 5 pm. If you arrive there after 5pm, avoid this place. I told them to arrive at 8pm. Unfortunately, it was a rainy night. The door was closed and I called them but never picked up. I had to find another hotel to stay that night. I got fully wet and exhausted.

As I have already explained on the phone I delayed for 13 minutes (at 20:13 I was under the B&B) only because of the intense traffic, it was not my intention to make it wait, I'm sorry.

Miglior rapporto qualità prezzo
Per il prezzo pagato Elysium è un ottima sistemazione, arredato in modo impeccabile, ricco di ogni servizio e con inclusa una colazione più che soddisfacente. Unica nota che ci ha lasciato perplessi è stata la poca pulizia del pavimento della stanza.. Non in linea con tutto il resto, sembrava l'avessero proprio dimenticato!
