Hi, it is a beautiful cabin, great beds (including 3 kings) and comfortable for everyone. Great kitchen, and living area. We had just experienced a flash flood of rain and wind. The crew came by at 1pm (arrival is 4pm) to do the open for you and clean up the deck, patio furniture, outside debris, windows etc (like they do for all our cabins, each arrival), you were already in. You stayed for a week, the weather improved, blue skies, warm breezes. The cabin is close to all the fun things to do in the area. It has a huge deck and its in a beautiful location. I'm very sorry you chose to down the cabin after leaving it a mess. Its quite obvious the things you stated were how you left it. The cabin is not advertised with AC. I have a great crew who works very hard to clean and make sure guests have great stays. It's a beautiful cabin. Great location. The guests following you loved it, they left a review. And guests over July 1-6th (included here*). *Wonderful cabin We had the best time! There was a hiccup with our reservation, but the property manager, Darlene, was phenomenal. She fixed the problem immediately and was the best communicator. It was perfect. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Darlene

Hi, it's a beautiful log cabin and in a lovely forest setting, close to everything uphill, for fun and adventure. Pinecrest lake, Lyons res, hiking, swimming, horseback riding. Downhill is columbia state park, gold panning, spelunking, casino, more lakes, wine tasting. It sounds like the laundry crew may have put all the clean towels from the laundry mat in the cabinets for you and forgot to separate the kitchen towels from the bath towels. It's an unfortunate mistake, but one quick txt or call and someone could have come out to assist you. The crew works very hard to prepare for guests at all our cabins. It was a pleasure to serve you. Centrally located on the mountain at 4,500ft elevation, so you can go in either direction on hwy 108 corridor and find lots of fun family adventures. Yosemite, Columbia and Railtown state parks. They are programable multi units for cool/dry/heat. We leave our bathroom doors open at night so they stay warm. The crew went in behind you and the heater was set on dry instead of heat. See what other guests think read below: Hi, it's really unfortunate that you wrote a bad review when you were the reason that the toilet overflowed and the air cooler was disconnected from its exhaust. The instructions ask you not to move it. You broke a bear statue table and the screen door. Maintenance was there in 30 minutes to fix the toilet, took the screen door that you had already broken. They told you not to move the cooler again after they attempted a repair, but you did. Hi Darlene, We had a wonderful stay! This cabin was perfect for our family's spring break trip. It exceeded my expectations and everything was fantastic! Loved the bear theme in the cabin as well as the location and all the space! My teenagers enjoyed having their own king-sized beds. The games were an added bonus as we enjoyed playing some board games in the beautiful cabin and on wrap-around porch. Thanks for everything and I'd definitely stay here again! 2 minutes ago Wonderful cabin in the Sierra Nevada mountains! We had an unforgettable stay. Great location in a peaceful, mountain village yet close enough to several areas of interest (Yosemite, Calaveras State Park, Columbia State Park etc). Plenty of room for our family and my teenage boys enjoyed their own king-sized beds! Cabin was clean and comfortable with a fun bear theme. Check-in/check-out process was super easy. Cabin has several amenities including WiFi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, wrap-around porch, and large kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Sheets and towels were also provided. Beds were comfortable, and I liked that it was dark enough at night to see the stars. This cabin exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for our spring break vacation! Date of arrival - April 2, 2021

When maintenance checked on the cabin after your stay the lever for switching from tub to shower had been yanked off, probably why you could get the shower to work. Your right it is the forest we have all types of critters, they are drawn by the bbq and food outside, it's just the great outdoors, sorry about that. I'm sorry you thought I wasn't friendly enough. Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. It was very hot up here unfortunately a few days over your stay. Once you open the windows and air flow it cools off. We sleep with the windows open here it cools off nicely in the evenings. There are ceiling fans and box fans to help. Cabins up here don't usually have air conditioning it's the way they were built.
