We truly enjoyed our stay at the Miami Springs home. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the Miami airport. It was the right size for our family of four adults. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Jose, the property manager, was quick to answer our questions.

Host went MIA

We booked this property for a repeat stay and got ghosted by the host! The management company and the host never responded to my request for an early check-in and then when our family got the flu two days before we were due to travel to Miami, no one responded to my messages requesting a partial refund or rebooking. I didn’t even get the dignity of a response!I’m not sure what happened as we stayed at this property in 2023 and had a very pleasant experience.

Cute Home in Miami Springs

We stayed 5 nights in this cute home in Miami Springs. The check-in was seamless and the home was clean. Home was well appointed; it had everything you need for your stay. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. We had an issue with neighbors using the outside trash bin but the property manager was very responsive on Christmas Day! While the listing stated cameras were present, it still leaves an disquieted feeling during your stay. Overall, we had a nice time and would probably stay again.

Cute Place To Stay

Nice house, nice neighborhood, we had a little trouble with some of the house amenities. For example, the back door didn’t open, the hot water was off and on, but other than that the place was great. Owners were very friendly and were quick to respond!! Great place overall!!

Overall experience

All in all the home was quiet, clean tidy and cozy. Backyard although we hardly spend time was a paradise. There was however a lingering smell the last day there. The bedroom to master had no door. The master bathroom wouldn’t lock. The upstairs tv keep would not play movies entirety without coming off. But all in all the home was good.

Home away from home

Great location. We were able to walk to the local market 5min walk and a quick drive to other areas we were going. Friendly neighborhood as neighbors waved and said hello on our walk. The market was clean, stocked with all our needs and friendly customer service. House is secure with multiple deadlocks on patio doors and security cameras as a way of adding to your personal security and safety. We arrived at night many times. Large backyard and patio. We didn’t use the hot tub. The full size bed was not very sturdy would be my suggestion to the owners of maybe replacing with a sturdier bed. Jose was quick to respond to our needs and questions. While there was one issue that couldn’t be taken care of during our stay, at no fault of the owners, Jose did everything within his power to accommodate us which was truly appreciated. Very nice home and my daughter loved the loft upstairs. We sat out in the patio daily.

Home away from home

Our Miami Springs stay (10-13 FEB 24) was enhanced by this amazing home. Located in a quiet neighborhood whose proximity to everything was perfect. Our sponsor, Jose, was accommodating and always available when we needed him. The pictures you see online are exactly what you get. The home is well kept, VERY CLEAN and comfortable. Don’t hesitate, book your stay today, you will be pleasantly pleased.

Perfect Stay

We spent 20 days in this beautiful property. The house itself had everything we needed. It was clean and comfy. Kitchen appliances were new, useful. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe. There are some good restaurants and markets in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little tropical oasis

Such a cute, comfortable and cozy house! Quiet and neat neighborhood, convenient location to all the places we wanted to visit. The loft bedroom was so private. The backyard and deck were spectacular. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub but that would have been the added cherry on top. Loved our stay at the Hibiscus House!

The Hibiscus House is a little slice of tropical heaven in Miami

My family all loved staying at the Hibiscus house. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery store if needed. The house is very comfortable, the back yard is the star of the show with generous tropical foliage, a hot tub and space for our dog to run around. I enjoyed mornings with my coffee on the back deck. The owner of the house was very responsive when I had a question checking in. We felt completely safe as Miami Springs is a very safe city while bring close to the airport, beaches, and attractions in Miami.
