I pay with cash. They didnt had change to give me at that time. He said he was going to take to the room later. Next day i ask for my money and he said the money was going to be given to me in the chk out process. I told him i didnt want to have problems. He said it was going to be ok. I trust. When i did my chk out the personnel there didnt knew about the situation. They told me they put the money back in my credit card. This never was asked to me. As i paid in cash. When i got home the money was never put in my credit card. I continúe trying to comunícate with them but they dont answer not emails not but social media. And i felt very bad because the person of security was very insistant in putting my bags apart while i waited the taxi. I said no and he insist in a bad matter. Never would do this hotel again and not recommend to my friends. They stoll my money and treat me very unrespectful.

Everything was fine, the staff was very helpful, except that in the room the air conditioning had a noise that did not let me rest, the room was 132, and I went to notify him, but he could not help me or move me from room, the reason being the hotel I was busy and full! but the host guys were super friendly!

Pésimo hotel
Mucho ruido durante la estancia por parte del staff, los pisos de las alfombras sucios, el arreglo de las habitaciones desastroso, la pantalla de Tv orientada hacia otro lado, no podía verse, el hotel olía a viejo, el desayuno que compramos incluido en el paquete súper pobre, y para servirse teníamos que esperar, los meseros mala cara, nos pidieron un depósito de $200 USD que aún siguen sin devolverme, todo mal mal, no recomiendo para anda este hotel, creíamos que por ser una cadena de renombre la estancia sería maravillosa pero nos equivocamos. Lo único bueno del hotel es que tiene muy buena ubicación, pero de ahí en fuera nada recomendable.

Buen lugar
El staff del hotel muy amable. No tuve problema. El desayuno que ofrecen gratis muy pobre. El ambiente es de adultos pero no hay como en otros Axel que he visitado. Hablando del de Berlín o Barcelona el gimnasio pequeño pero con todo lo necesario.

Realmente el hotel me encanto, la atención del personal es excelente, en especial la chica de la recepción que está por lo general tarde noche. Lo único que tendría para decir es que deberían de poner algo que avise (puede ser la banderita) que es un hotel con énfasis para la comunidad LGBTI 🏳️‍🌈, para mi fue toda una sorpresa, y no por mi, sino que iba con una tía y al principio fue algo complejo por su personalidad, así que creo que sería bueno dejar algo en la parte de información del hotel que lo aclare. En mi caso no vi todas las fotos publicadas, solo vi la calificación, ubicación y precio.

Desorganización
Entraron a media noche porque se equivocaron de habitación. Tuvimos que pedir el servicio de limpieza ya que a las 5 de la tarde aun no habían limpiado la habitación. A media tarde entraron a mirar el minibar, con nosotros dentro, no reponen los amenities pese a estar alojados 4 días. Y tuvimos que pedir 3 veces en recepción unas zapatillas de cortesía ya que en la habitación sólo habían un par y éramos dos. Después de tres días y pedirlas tres veces, dejamos de insistir.

Me pareció extraño la habitación que me dieron pues se encontraba aislada de la demás, todo lo demás muy bien

Gracias por su Comentario Liliana, lo apreciamos mucho y nos alegra ver que le ha gustado el Hotel. El edificio es historico, un Art Deco de 1940 y la distribucion de las habitaciones varia mucho y que es original, por ello el que le haya tocado un habitacion en otra localizacion; Aun asi esperamos que haya disfrutado de su estancia.
