great time in coconut grove
The unit is very nice and has a wonderful blick. it is within a hotel so you feel like you are in a hotel with all the comforts a hotel can bring you. The pool is heated so it is great and the service was excellent. Joe and Deborah were very kind and very helpful. The best thing about the unit is the location, you can walk to many restaurants and do many things by foot. We are glad we stayed there, we certainly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable unit with great view
I stayed in this unit with 2 adults, and it was perfect. The balcony view is exactly as pictured, and the unit was nicely equipped with basic kitchen utensils/crockery. The owner was very communicative and the check in process was seamless. Walking distance to so many great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

The studio was all we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with attractive views of the local sailing club and Peacock Park. The room was quiet. Plentiful and good restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the owners.

First trip to Miami
Centrally located, excellent view. On site parking, pool, workout center, and more. Friendly service with lots to do just by walking out he door, or 10 minutes from downtown. Thank for the nice well adjusted priced place to stay.

The ocean front room was beautiful and clean. Room has all the conveniences. Appreciated the hotel parking at no extra charge. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping surrounding the building/ hotel! Love the area. Highly Recommend!

All around AMAZING
Let me start by saying Joe and Debora are great hosts! They provided clear instructions for every part of my check in/stay which made it seamless. The unit was very clean, cute and had an absolutely beautiful view of the sail boats and you can see the rooftop pool. Made it easy to see if there was space to lay and swim. I would 100%recommend anyone to come and stay. Perfect location for some Good eats and drinks or maybe a nice stroll. Thanks again for having us!

Great place Excellent hosts
Rented this studio for Miami GP and have to say it exceeded expectations. Nice comfortable place with an excellent view. The hosts are the most tennitave hosts I've ever come across. Friendly answered any questions promptly and checked on us several times via message and email to make sure all was smooth and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and rent from them. Can't want for next year to come back

Absolutely amazing condo with incredible view
The condo was perfect in every respect. The room was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed. The view is incredible and the manager is the best! We’ve been here before and look forward to returning again and again. The place deserves the highest rating possible, as does the outstanding manager.

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was as shown in Vrbo. Location is great as there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The ocean view and balcony were what we liked the most! excellent communication with (and service from) property manager!

Awesome stay
The owners/managers were awesome, personable and quick responders. This property is in a PERFECT location with beautiful views and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We needed more time to really enjoy this property so we will make this our permanent place to stay when in Miami!!

Gorgeous view and great location!
The property was exactly as described. The view was amazing! We loved waking up to viewing the harbor. It was close to all the destinations we had planned. Joe was a awesome communicator. He was in touch with me a few days before arrival and really made sure I had all the check information I needed. He even sent a personal text to make sure I had received the information after the email was sent. The check in and check out process went smoothly. We had no issues. The property was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. We did not cook but there are pots and pans including utensils should one decide to utilize the kitchenette. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Good stay bad communication
This hotel was very nice and had a great view. It was near everything and right across from the marina with a balcony. The bad part was lack of communication. Check-in was horrible! We called and emailed Joe as well as his property manager and had no answer or responses. The air vent was leaking, still couldn't get ahold of them. He'd send these automatic emails telling us to contact him for issues, problems, etc then NEVER respond. We sent about 10 emails and 3 voicemails and no response.

Perfect stay in a well kept building
We have experienced a few condo buildings so far. This one had the highest standard so far. The swimming pool has a great view on the marina plus a lot of green due to the parks around. You can reach many places by foot. Nice was the possibility to prepare own coffee with the coffee capsulas provided. Have breakfast on the balkony with the sunrise accompanying you - and fresh croissants from the french bakery just around the corner! Thanks for everything.

Quiet hallway. Not near elevator yet close to ice and garbage shoot Private gated parking. Very comfortable and safe. Room Exactly as described. Gorgeous views. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. Starbucks nearby. I walked each morning. Adorable little section of Miami. Host is responsive to emails and requests. This was my first Vrbo experience and it was great. I would certainly stay here again.

Globalement, mon appréciation est satisfaisante même si nous avons eu un souci sur la douche qui a cassé lors de notre séjour ! Ceci dit, je tenais à remercier Joe (propriétaire qui parle parfaitement français) a été réactif et bienveillant à notre égard. Nous avons été relogés naturellement dans un autre appartement rapidement. Merci pour la qualité de votre accueil ! En revanche, prévoyez simplement de rajouter quelques couverts pour 4 personnes et une passoire pour égoutter les pâtes ainsi qu'un frigidaire adapté pour 4 pers. La propreté du logement, sa situation géographique et son parking inclus présentent des avantages pour les futurs locataires. Bien à vous.

Lovely nicely appointed condo within Atria Hotel, Fabulous view within walking distance shops!
We enjoyed waking up to the SE view of the bay, basking in the sunlight on the deck, enjoying our coffee and breakfast. The hotel Atria smells so wonderful when you enter and the staff are very helpful. The gym was utilized and we were grateful for all the amenities available. You could eat in your condo, but we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhoods for some fine eateries. Parking was great, we just left the car in the garage and biked and walked everywhere.
