Es una propiedad muy básica para ser un Residence Inn. Encuentro un poco descuidado el cuarto. El comedor es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes y tal vez puede ser por la temporada alta.

Nice view but rooms are designed weird, the view is not visible from bed and tv blocks half of the view. A couch would be a nice add on. Overall too expensive, hotel across the sreet offer better views for the same price

En general nos fue muy bien, tuvimos una estadía de 9 noches, el hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son bonitas, bastante cerca de la playa. hay que pagar valet parking obligatoriamente pero el personal del valet es muy cordial, vale la pena. No me gusto la limpieza de la habitación, pues hubo dos días que no asearon y en varias ocasiones no aseaban bien, Solo cambiaban las toallas y sacaban la papelera. Una noche se dañó el aire acondicionado pero lo arreglaron al día siguiente. El desayuno no es variado.

NUNCA volveré Recibí mi cama con almohada sucia manchada Piscina terraza sucia con basura de la noche anterior / pedí lo limpiaran y no ocurrió Llegando me avisaron que el costo de transporte a la playa con toallas agua etc era 30 dolares Nunca lo use y me cobraron todos los días ( me queje ) y dijeron que seguro la empleada que me atendió no me explico y que no sabían como ahora ayudarme Se malogró la máquina del jugo y no hubo jugo en desayuno por tres dias Tan fácil sería s compraran botellas en el supermercado pero la t es moldeada me dijo lo siento no se puede hacer nada Un empleado ingreso a mi habitación Yo estaba allí Ya habían hecho limpieza hace unas horas Cuabfo le pregunte porque entro Este dijo a limpiar Extraño que dos empleados tengan asignado el mismo día una misma habitación

Anteriormente nos habiamos quedado en este hotel. Volvimos a quedarnos porque pedí una habitación más grande y no la recibí. La atención en recepción el día que llegamos fué sin ganas. Y el servicio de Valet Parking que no es barato pésimo. Demoran mucho en traer el carro, un señor nos respondió cuando se lo pedimos “ que le dijeramos a otro porque ya el se habia surrado trabajando” la forma en la que lo dijo deja mal al hotel. El personal del bar muy amable. El gerente de alimentos muy atento a que todo esté en orden y los clientes satisfechos.
