Perfect Stay
The condo is beautiful and it was very comfortable for my husband and myself and my two teens. The two pull out sofas with memory foam mattresses were perfect for the teens. The condo is fully stocked with anything you could need. We had a wonderful stay and the host is lovely and easy to communicate with. We would definitely book a stay here again.

Beautiful Ocean View Suite in 5 Star Resort
We normally stay in the hotel. This was our first time renting a private residence and I am so happy that we did! The suite looks exactly like the pictures online. It is bright, spacious, and very well appointed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and there were ample supplies (towels, soap, etc.). Three of us stayed in the suite, my daughter who is a student at University of Miami, my teenage son, and me. There are 2 pullout sofas, one in the living room (queen) and one in the bedroom (twin) in addition to a king size bed. There was ample room for everyone. We definitely were more comfortable in this space than in the 1 bedroom suite at the hotel.

Wonderful Suite for Family!
Perfect trip from start to finish thanks to super clean, spacious suite with full kitchen and beautiful ocean view. Appreciated all the extra touches including plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Host responded immediately to questions. Just perfect. Will stay here again!!

Another great stay

Wonderful Stay
We usually stay at this property on the hotel side. This was the first time we stayed with a host owner through vbro. This was by far a better experience. Not only did we enjoy all the hotel amenities, but we had a washer/ dryer as well as a parking space,. This provided amazing savings without sacrificing luxury.

Perfect stay
This apartment at the Ritz was perfect for us, allowing us to do some work from the room and enjoy the amenities during our free time. Perfect layout, very clean and well furnished, and the usual high quality Ritz service. Highly recommended!

Great view
We had a great stay at the Ritz. When we arrived our room was not clean, however the owner was quick to respond and had the room ready pretty quickly. The view is great and the unit is up to date. The kitchenette was really nice to have as it was fully stocked with everything you need.

Picture perfect apartment
I enjoyed staying at the Ritz Carlton in a room that far outshined the hotel suites. My family was attending a wedding weekend and the room was perfect. It is prettier in person than the photos. Very well appointed and with a spectacular view.

Long Weekend Getaway
Lovely unit with amazing views. Kitchen was updated with all cooking basics. Hotel and staff were great, kids loved the beach and pool. Plenty of space for a family with three young children.

This is a great unit - oceanfront, closest to the ocean, overlooking the family pool, parking spot in garage which a huge savings on valet/resort parking fees. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We needed 2 pack n plays and she thought she had 2 but didn't and actually went out and bought a 2nd one! During our stay I had issues with the dryer and she responded within minutes to help resolve. We had such a great experience that we actually plan to return next year!

Great Stay
The Accomodations are Perfect!!! We felt "at home" in this condo. All of the amenities of the Ritz and an elevator ride down to the beach/pools. The suite is very well outfitted, clean and well stocked in every respect. Being a great landlord (and Lourdes is!!!) is a difficult task and the attention to customer satisfaction is the priority. We hope to return again next year if our travels take us to south Florida. Well Done!

Amazing Repeat Rental
Second year at this beautiful apartment with my wife and two daughters. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning was a special treat. Morning yoga classes on the great lawn, riding bikes as a family around the island and swimming in the heated pool every day were highlights.

The Perfect Stay in Florida
MUCH better than our expectations. The suite was immaculate and had the perfect view of the ocean. A couple of questions for Lourdes which were answered immediately. The suite was extremely well stocked: kitchen, bathroom, towels, extra comforters and pillows, etc. We are looking forward to our next stay! Lourdes, well done!!!

The place was spacious, comfortable and clean. The 4th of July activities at the Ritz were first class, especially those spectacular fireworks. From our room, the view of the fireworks and festivities was second to none. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lourdes!

Ritz condo in Key Biscayne
Lovely property in Key Biscayne. Hotel was nice. Gym was excellent as was the food, pool and beach area. We loved being close to Miami without all the craziness of the city.

Gorgeous condo in a fantastic resort
We loved our experience! The condo is very well kept, updated, and has a great view. The only negative would be the dryer that doesn’t really dry the clothes - but otherwise it was perfect for our family. Lourdes was extremely helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

Unfortunately the ventless washer/dryers do not dry clothes very well which is why I always warn the guests. Although the unit has it's limitations, it is useful. I hope to see you around again soon. Great Apt
Great apt. Wood floors and mostly white. Feels very clean. The owner of the apt, Lourdes, is professional and easy to deal with. Everything is great about the apartment. The owner told me prior to our arrival that the dryer is an issue and it is. Overall it is a great apt with the use of all amenities of the hotel. Finally, the view is great!

Hidden gem to visit Miami!
We had a wonderful stay in this property. Lourdes was very helpful in getting us organised as we arrived really late. Hotel and staff are excellent, quite large but with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. With two teens who are always hungry, it is nice to have a well equipped kitchen with a real refrigerator. We loved the pool area and the gym. We all were sad to leave.
