Excelente
Hola, es un servicio de habitacion y desayuno, excelente opcion si no vas a la zona de miami beach pues esta queda como a 1 hora, sin embargo es super comodo y la verdad solo estuve 3 dias y 2 noches y fue fantastico, como estar en mi casa.

Room had no ceiling fan so it was warmer than the main house and not well ventilated. I had to open the windows, but the neighbors down the street started yelling and screaming late at night. Room also did not have a desk for sitting and writing. It would be a nice addition.

Awesome Place
Dalia was a gracious host. The space was really beautiful and VERY clean. It is about 10 minutes from the Miami Zoo, and there is a grocery store and CVS super close. You will definitely need a car to get to many of the other attractions in Miami. It was a great place to be and I would stay there again.

Schönes Bed & Breakfast im Süden Miamis
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Privathaus im Süden von Miami. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet mit einem Queenbett , sowie einem Nachttisch und einem Hocker. Es ist recht geräumig, so dass man genug Platz für seine Koffer hat. außerdem gibt es noch einen Enbauschrank. Das Bad ist klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Shampoo, Duschbad, Spülung etc. ist alles vorhanden. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es gibt ultraschnelles Internet! Das Frühstück wird in der Küche der Vermieterin serviert und bestand bei uns aus Toast oder Waffeln, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee und Kaba. Es ist nicht gerade viel, aber es reicht für den Start in den Tag... Für den Preis ist es unschlagbar, da man sich ja meistens eh nur zum Schlafen/Duschen im Zimmer aufhält. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Home away from home
This was a really rare offering and surpassed my expectations. If you seek a quiet home to rest in private from a normal hotel, this is the place. A short enough ride from Miami sites and major locations. Best deal for the money you will find. Very kind homeowner makes you coffee in the morning with muffins, and lives upstairs. Fun to talk with, too.

Wonderful place to stay
Delia was an excellent host. I arrived when she was not home, so she arranged entrance and a key. The room and bathroom were very nice. Clean, spacious and very inviting. I will definitely return when I am in the area again.

Wonderful place to stay
I stayed at one night. It was in a suburb of Miami that took 40 minutes drive from the international airport. The calm area. The room was enough large to stay on the first floor of the beautiful house. Bathroom had shampoo and body soap. I used kitchen and huge living room. Everything was clean. The host was very kind and friendly.

Super Unterkunft im Herzen von Miami
Tolle Unterkunft mit privatem Charme mitten in Miami. Aufnahme war super freundlich und uns fiel die Abreise echt schwer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

kleine Unterkunft - TOP!
Die Unterkunft ist in einem gewöhnlichen Haus - also kein Hotel. Und bietet auch nur ein Gästezimmer an. Das Bad mit Badewanne ist separat und ist nur eine Tür vom Schlafraum entfernt. Sollte man sein Shampoo etc. vergessen haben, standen auch diese Sachen bereit. Empfangen wurden wir von der Dame des Hauses. Ganz freundlich und total unkompliziert. Zudem war unsere Nacht sehr ruhig, da die Unterkunft eben in einer gewöhnlichen Siedlung liegt. Morgens bekamen wir das Frühstück (nicht gerade üppig) Kaffee und Säfte angeboten, sowie Toastbrot mit Aufstrich und Joghurt. Viel mehr lässt sich zur Unterkunft nicht sagen, wir waren eben auch nur eine Nacht dort, bevor es für uns in die Keys weiterging.

華麗的西班牙民宿
民宿位於鄰近動物園的住宅區,離開主要的單軌車較遠,由於人人有車,公共巴士每小時才一班,下了巴士還要走一段路.但附近環境清幽,房子佈置得十分精緻華麗.早餐簡單而美味,屋主友善熱情,可惜英語欠佳,但溝通沒問題.如有機會,我會再訪.

válido para uma noite ou pessoa sozinha que não ligue de usar um banheiro que fica fora do quarto. O sistema de ar da casa incomodou e me acordou várias vezes a noite, pois soprava um vento frio em cima da cama que me fez adoecer. A proprietária é bem solicita mas o café que ela ofereceu foi abaixo das expectativas: café, pão de forma (vencido), manteiga, e uma caixa de roscas adocicadas. tinham uns bolinhos também, mas estavam verdes (mofo).

Houve uma pequena confusão com a reserva (não sei se o problema foi do Expedia.com ou da anfitriã), mas tirando isso foi tudo de bom.

Na verdade é um quarto de uma casa, com um banheiro privativo, e você pode usar a cozinha da casa, ótima limpeza, localização, piso laminado, principalmente pra mim que tenho alergia a carpete, proprietária da casa muito amigável e solícita, eu e minha noiva adoramos a estadia, recomendo e quando voltar a Miami vamos querer nos hospedar neste mesmo local novamente!!!!

Relaxing
Quite, nice and safe neighborhood. Our hist was very warm and sweet, stayed up to wait for us till 2am in the nigt cos our flight got delayed a few hours. The house was big and very relaxing. I would definitely go back there.

Nice townhouse and cheap if you are going to just sleep there no breakfast included and the been kept falling apart . Clean and tv was only in Spanish.

The Owner's were very accommodating especially since we did not arrive until very late the first evening. They welcomed us even at such a late hour and were very hospitable. Very quiet neighborhood and pleasant area to stay.

Te doen voor enkele nachtjes
Beetje ongelukkige timing, bij aankomst zat de eigenaresse in de gang met een gebroken enkel op ons te wachten. Zijzelf kon geen kant op dus haar man was aangewezen om ons een beetje te begeleiden. Dat liep niet helemaal vlekkeloos. De slaap- en badkamer werden ons aangewezen en een plekje buiten voor rokers en dat was het dan. Over keukengebruik werd ons niets verteld, communicatie verliep gebrekkig. Ontbijt was teleurstellend (toast met jam) Goedwillende mensen die echter op dat moment andere zaken aan hun hoofd (en voet) hadden.

perfektes B & B !
Wir sprechen hier von Bed & Breakfast - nicht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel! Wer das will, der ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Wir hatten das B & B als Überbrückung bis zu einer Seereise für 3 Nächte gebucht. Es ist einfach perfekt! Die Besitzer sprechen Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch. Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und man hat sofort Vertrauen und man fühlt sich fast wie zuhause. Das Schlafzimmer ist größer, als es auf dem Bild aussieht. Die Wohnräume (offene Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer) sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Zu den Everglades 30 - 40 Minuten, ebenso zum Flughafen oder nach Miami Beach. Für uns gibt es gar keine andere Option, falls wir wieder in der Region Miami sein werden.

Bra rum, tyst och skönt.
Som sagt, detta är inget hotell utan B&B. Ägaren som tog emot var trevlig, gjorde inget väsen av sig under tiden vi var kvar. Stort sett värdelös frukost, några rostade bröd, på engångstallrikar och te i pappmuggar. Men i det stora hela funkade det bra då man inte sitter på rummet i en stad som Miami.

War leider nur 2 Nächte da. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Werde auf alle Fälle mit mehr Zeit wieder kommen.

I didn't notice that it is a home hotel before going there. But the room is very clean and comfortable. The hostess is very kind. If you are looking for a hotel, I will recommend living here.

Great hostess
We had plane delays and our hostess stayed up till 1 AM waiting for us to arrive. The room was beautiful ... bathroom outstanding. Our hostess was very helpful throughout our stay. Coffee and muffins waiting for us each morning. Being in a residential neighborhood we were glad we had a GPS to help us at 1 AM.
