La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, sin embargo nos robaron en el estacionamiento, la gerente quedó de revisar los videos y darnos la información, y nos pasó su correo electrónico y nos pudo nuestro correo para enviarnos la información, pero después de un día ya no nos dio información ni contestó los correos electrónicos.

Teníamos una reservación para el viernes y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que lo habían sobrevendido y nos mandaron a otro hotel. La verdad el otro hotel estaba muy limpio y si lo recomiendo pero lo que no me gustó es que sobre venden las habitaciones así que tengan en cuenta

We loved the Bed . best sleep we have ever had in a Hotel, staff was great and loved the bath products. We will stay here again on our next Midland trip.

Everything was great. The only thing they can improve on is making sure the AC unit is turned on before guests check in to their room. The AC unit in our room so it was a stuffy 78 degrees when we walked in. Other than that this was a really nice and clean hotel.

this Tru by Hilton has a snazzy interior. it was very clean. the front "desk" people (not a desk in the standard way, you'll see what i mean if you stay here), were very friendly. i guess the only potential negative, was that i did not see a luggage cart to bring my belongings up, but i also didn't bother to ask.

It was amazing I needed a room downstairs I got it we arrived and the room was not ready and it didn’t even take 10 minutes for her to get us a room. She was a wonderful caring. Person that works in the front desk.
