Marvelous 3 bedrooms townhouse in the complex known as Lomas de Riviera Club, located in the higher part of Mijas Costa, more specifically in the town called Riviera del Sol. With easy access from the motorway and close to the beach and all ammenties. With private and secure parking.
The pool only opens from June to September.
Inside the complex there is a big garden with an inviting swimming pool and grass areas with sunbeds. There is also a picnic area with tables and benches that the kids love.
The house is splitted into three floors, in the lower floor is the living room, kitchen and a half bathroom. Also on the lower floor is the amazing patio with sunbeds and furniture, which gives direct access to the garden and pool.
On the first floor are the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are in total 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with showers. The other 2 bedrooms both have two single beds and they share a bathroom which is in the aisle. The top floor there is a big roof terrace, very sunny and cannot be overlooked, you could move the sunbeds up there.
There's only air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Linens for all beds and towels for all guest are provided. There is good wifi connection in the house and the TV is a Smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube.
Please note that playing music on the terrace is not allowed at any time.
We also ask that you refrain from speaking loudly on the terrace after 9 PM.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
If you prefer to play music or stay up late, you might want to consider a place better suited to those activities.
Breaking this rule could lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation and require you to leave the property.

A car is very recommendable because this house is in the higher part of town and it's pretty hilly. The beach, supermarket and restaurants, are located within a 3 or 4 minutes drive.

Riviera del Sol is a nice and clean urbanization in Mijas Costa located between Fuengirola and Marbella, there are all types of bars and restaurants in the area. Also there are more than 10 golf courses in a radius of a 10 or 15 minutes drive.
Getting to the house from the airport is very easy, you just drive all the way to the Riviera del Sol which should take 25 or 30 minutes. Then go up straight in one street and you'll be in the house. The easy access to the motorway makes it a nice spot if you're planning on visiting Marbella or other nearby cities.
