Buena ubicacion, servicios malos.
Senial wifi mala, nunca tuvimos en los tres dias. El agua de ka canilla salio turbia todos los dias. Tv de la habitacion no funcionaba.

Great place and location. Recommend! The only issues which were disappointing was we couldn’t figure out remotes for temperature control (air conditioning) and espresso machine wasn’t working, and they didn’t have the sofa bed made up which we requested, but they assumed because we were only 2 people we didn’t need it. When we asked for help with AC the woman kept trying to give us tips via text but we needed onsite help, never came. But still a great stay.

Dear Brent, thanks a lot for the positive review, we really appreciate it. In regards to the AC, we know that at the end it was figured out that it was a problem of switch, not being plugged in. We hope to host you again...Nespresso machine is working!

The apartment is in a great location and the host and Arvin were wonderful. The apartments. Itself is stuffy, air conditioning works but is pretty ineffective as did the fridge. The shower screen is broken but functional. The kitchen utensils were rather old and the cooker and bench top had terrible stains - overalll very dated kitchen. I want to say again that the host and Arvin were great as was the location - apartment juat needs love and air.

We appreciate all review as we think they all are an incentive to improve our effort to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible. We know the apartment need some refreshments and the landlord is aware of that and has planned to make some renovation. Despite that, the apartment is well located and comfortable and very quiet considering the area. Also, the proximity to the park is a plus. Thank you for your review and welcome anytime again.

Good location, clarify check in first
Stressful time checking in as no contact number was given and they asked us to ring when we arrived! After sitting in a nearby bar on our arrival for an hour, they finally e-mailed a phone number. Even then they didn't answer! Not what you want after a long journey. Finally let in by friendly member of staff.
