Importante.
Muy mala atención cuando llegamos nos daban un cuarto de dos camas. Mi esposo y yo habíamos reservado una cama king por era nuestra luna miel. Nos molestamos salimos un rato y entramos de nuevo para hablar con el manager. Pero el de front desk de muy mal gusto nos dio una habitación de una cama, no tuvimos contraseña de wifi y nos mando bastante retirado del parqueo. En limpieza estaba muy limpio.

This is an older property, but they have updated the rooms and they are clean, and the furniture is new etc. The breakfast is good, not just donuts and juice. The only complaint was the morning front office staff, they were not very nice. The hotel has a nice workout facility, but you can go walk/run or ride a bike around the bay and property if you want to be outside as it has a nice view. There is a restaurant next door to the property, and they offer a discount for people staying at the hotel. The food was good and they had a great beer selection. So no need to drive and get food if you don't want to.

This holiday inn is in pretty good shape. Could use a bit of better upkeep of the grounds.. noticed full trash bins. But overall okay and comfortable. Pet friendly is a big plus. Location is just great for mill valley and Marin region.

This hotel was clean, affordable, quiet. Close to freeway. Came with free breakfast and Wi-Fi. I would recommend staying here.

We read about the back parking lot flooding sometimes and there was a fair amount of damp soil in ONE of the side lot spaces, but they do keep track of the projected high tide (around 2am) and the prediction was correct. Everything else was so pleasant that ee plan on returning here whenever we want to stay in the bay area.

Wish the hot tub was working. Continental breakfast ok but not great. All staff were wonderful friendly helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Loved location and access to walking boardwalk.

Quick weekend trip
Conveniently located for our adventures into downtown and Muir Woods. Good price especially for providing free parking. Restaurant located next door that will provide room service. Little towns surrounding the hotel, with plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from. Quite and very clean hotel. Room and bed was comfortable and bathroom had plenty of toiletries.

Location of property is good for our purposes. We stayed 7 nights and the room was only cleaned 4 days. Front desk said we should have housekeeping services each day unless we we place the "Do not disturb" card on the door, which we did not do.

Flooded parking lot
The room was slightly small but well furnished. Only complaint was the back parking lot where we were told to park was completely flooded in the morning. It was raining and we woke up to 8-10" of water in lot and no way to get our things out but to wade through the water. It would have been good to be told this on check in that the back and side of building routinely floods when it rains.

check-in and out was a breeze, nice area. would love to go around the walk/jog trail if we stayed longer. breakfast was good too! great location as it is just a few miles from Golden Gate bridge so other places of interests in and near downtown takes less than 30minutes. Sausalito which is another awesome place is very near as well. will definitely be in our list to stay whenever we will be in Sanfo.
