Thank you for taking the time to provide us some insight on how your experience was with us. First and foremost I would like to apologize for the level of service we provided you. This is not the standard we are trying to build here at Best Western Plus. By any chance did we reach out to the front office about any of the displeasures you were experiencing? I certainly feel like we could have corrected or addressed your concerns while you were at the hotel. I will be creating a plan of action to help us address the experience you were presented with. This plan of action will help us improve and ensure our future guests do not experience what you did. I appreciate any further information about the experience. If we ever get the honor in hosting you again, I would love to provide a comped upgrade to one of our large suites as compensation for the poor experience we initially provided. Feel free to use this email of proof of our form of compensation.

I completely understand your frustration with the check in policies, however, it does state online that we require a 50.00 per night security deposit that will be taken from a credit card at the time of check in. Unfortunately, there is no way to waive that deposit. I apologize if you felt mistreated in any way, that certainly was not our intent, however, we did issue you a full refund for the room and you should receive it in the new few days. My apologies again for the inconvenience.
