Estaba en construcción, pero no había alguien que estuviera limpiando constantemente alrededor, las maquinas de gym estaban pegajosas,y al entrar a mi habitación había un fuerte olor no estoy segura con que limpian. Pero era a un quimico.

Hermosa zona, hotel cómodo y muy buenas piscinas
El hotel estuvo bien. El área de piscinas es muy bueno. Ideal para familia con niños. El problema fue que nos tocaron dos casamientos durante la estadía y el equipo de housekeeping nos dejó con las habitaciones sin cambiar y limpiar durante 2 noches

The rooms and pool were dirty. I left an expensive shoe on the property. They took my address down to mail it to me, and they mailed it to a different customer. The general manager (Alex Gomez and his assistant (Milard) was helpful until their staff mailed out my item to the wrong customer. After they realized their mistake, Alex and Milard were never available and never returned my calls. I am still trying to get in contact with them.

Hotel was very well kept and the staff were excellent. The breakfest buffet was a great deal. Very quick drive to Milwaukee without being right in the middle of it all. Only complaint was the AC in our room was incredibly loud whenever it kicked on. Would definitely stay again when returning to the Milwaukee area.

Great value and great gym
Great value for money. This place has the best hotel gym, pool area and breakfast in the Brown Deer area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious. I've stayed here many times and I will continue to do so. Don't miss out on testing their assortment of local brews.

Upon checkout I was informed the $150 hold on my credit card for incidentals was per Expedia poicy. While I find it hard to believe, it is excessive for the one night stay at this particular property.

I had such a great experience this past weekend. Glenda was the front desk person, they were slammed with reservations due to a local power outage. Their systems were down and she had to manage everything on her own. She handled the situation with poise and grace. As I walked through the lobby, not one person was complaining or getting frustrated because of how well she handled the situation. She was a diamond through her whole shift. I will say one thing, the situation she was in all by herself, I am disappointed that the general manager didn’t make an appearance to help. Seems to me that was a poor choice for him Or her not to come in and support the staff during a very hectic and what I’m sure was frustrating to the team that was there managing the issues. Hats off to Glenda! She was a rockstar!

It was a good stay. However….two issues. I wanted to use the fitness center at 5:00 AM and my room key would not open door to pool area where the center was located. I waited for 10 minutes at the desk in the lobby for help and no one was there. Also the server for breakfast was dismissive and uncomfortably rude when she was asked for help. Not big issues but genuinely annoying. I would stay again, but with some hesitation

DIRTY AND GROSS. Literally poop on the floor in the hall. Entire place is full of marijuana smoke. Dirty towels laying in the hall. Everything is gross. People running up and down the halls yelling and arguing. They say recently renovated, I would hate to see this place before renovations. Do not stay here.

A nice, clean hotel.
Very nice, clean hotel. I had a reservation, but caught staff in a shift change and had to stand at the front desk for 5-10 minutes to get checked in.

Nice spot
Nice hotel. We were going to cedarburg and this spot was only 20 minutes away. Pool area is very clean. Room and bed were nice and comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Will stay again

Highs and lows
The staff was very nice and helpful, both in the front desk and the restaurant. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but there was a very sharp metal spike protruding from the end that we had to carefully avoid. The shower is upgraded and excellent. The rest of the hotel is in rough shape. The hairdryer in our room was broken, and although we received a quick replacement, it shouldn’t have been in the room. The cover to our radiator fell off twice, once in the middle of the night. When we asked for repairs, housekeeping propped it on its side next to the radiator. The hot tub is in terrible shape. The jets don’t work and it was filthy. There were also piles of discarded sunflower seed shells all over the pool area. It’s also not very eco friendly with no refillable water options.
