Called to change/cancel reservation on Friday as the date when I checked the reservation it was for Sunday and not Saturday. I was told to call back the next day in the morning in case of a cancel to get another room for correct day. However, if they did not have one I would still get a refund.
That did not happen I was charged full price. I do understand it is policy. However, I feel like they pulled a fast one by having me wait and putting a "note" on my reservation was just a line to get me to have to pay for a room that I was not going to even be in town to stay in.
Charged full price.
