8/10
Pros:3 Cozy reading spaces with great selections in reading material; large dining area; outdoor grill and table (it was raining on and off so we didnt get to enjoy it, though); beds are comfortable. You can get to pretty much any attractions and eatery within a 5-10 min travel radius of the house location.Cons:Street parking can be hectic if you're looking for a parking spot in mid to late afternoon when everyone is getting home from work/school. Downstairs restroom is in the kitchen. No central A/C but rather split A/C units which do a good job of cooling except the downstairs bedroom doesnt have one so you have to sleep with either cracked door or cracked windows. The house was built in early 1900s so it has a lot of tye original floors that creak throughout the house. Kitchen windows do not have curtains or blinds and you can see inside neighbors windows and viceversa.
