Summerspell es un complejo pintoresco de 30 condominios ubicados en la carretera escénica 98 en Destin. Usted será dentro de un corto paseo o un disco fácil de algunos de los mejores restaurantes, golf, tiendas exclusivas de la zona, centro comercial más grande de la zona de salida, la pesca, y mucho, mucho más !! En Destin ubicación lo es todo y Summerspell es una dirección ideal de vacaciones.

Nuestro condominio es una unidad de un dormitorio, un baño con una cama king size, dos literas de la tripulación, y un sofá cama tamaño queen. El condominio fue redecorado recientemente con un toque personal para hacer que se sienta como en casa a nuestros huéspedes, por lo que es único para otras unidades de alquiler. Destin 2023

This condo is on the second floor which gives you a great view of the Gulf and setting sun in the afternoon. Across the road is public beach with restrooms and a lifeguard. Also, Pompano Joes is about a block from the condo. There are also restaurants close by some within walking distance. There is a pool, hot tub and parking. All in all we had a great time.

First time in Destin!

This was our first time in Destin and it was beautiful! Beaches were great the condo was close by to a lot of great restaurants, shops, a bike path and the beach itself. We enjoyed our time here and our family stayed in separate condos close by so it was great walking distance to meet up with them for beach time. Thanks for being great hosts and opening up your home to us!

A GLIMPSE OF HEAVEN

All I can say is WOW, THANK YOU for allowing Edward and I to enjoy your BEAUTIFUL home away from home. The description does not do it justice. From the check-in process which was simply simple to the departure check out process, EVERYTHING was well thought of and informative. The BEST part of it all was the VIEW of the beach right from the balcony. From the rising of the sun to the going down of it as well, the view was breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our moment in Destin and will be returning real soon. Once again THANK YOU both for everything.

The condo is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Excellent location and views of the Gulf. 2 years in a row we've stayed here and we wont be staying anywhere else. The Wilsons are the best owners in Destin.

Great property

The Check in process was great. Mike is easy to get into touch with but there will be no need to contact…. The place has everything you need. Great location for pompanos joes food and deliveries. I sat on the balcony and could watch my kid swim in the pool and listen to the waves at night after the cars stopped passing by. There is Enough room and space for a small family to spread out with privacy but be close enough to be bothered. There is enough chairs and umbrellas that you could borrow. And he also has board games and a small Nintendo gaming console for the kids to keep them occupied. He thought of it all. I would definitely stay here again.

Summerspell never disappoints!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Summerspell 202. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything worked the way it should. This was the perfect space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The view was great and the condo is in a perfect location! The condo is well stocked with not only items you need to live for the week but with all the things you need for the beach as well including chairs and an umbrella. No need to pack beach or pool toys because 202 has those too! Highly recommend!

Labor day week in Destin

This is a nice property located conveniently across the street from beautiful Mirimar Beach. The 2nd floor balcony offered great views of the beach. The property owner Mike was very helpful and great to work with. I'd recommend staying here.

It was nice

The property itself was nice, it was in a nice location and had he promised plus, some beach chairs we could use down on the beach. My only complaint is the room number wasn't on the description so we had to walk around looking for this fake room number they put on the pass and then the wifi password they said to use was wrong, which would have not mattered if the service in the room didn't suck. Overall I had good stay and I would recommend this place, just with a few warnings first.

Great Family Spot

We had a great stay! Perfect location, great view of the beach from the balcony, with a quick easy walk across the street to the public beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of extras for our enjoyment (electric grill, & wave boards). There was nothing we needed that wasn’t in the condo for a perfect family vacation. We traveled with 2 teenage daughters and the hallway bunk beds worked great. Mike was very fast at answering any questions I had and was very accommodating. I have zero complaints other then we woulda loved to have stayed longer!! I most definitely recommend staying here. Location was ideal, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again! Great price compared to those in the area. Pool are was nice and we had a very relaxing peaceful stay!! Thanks Again

We will be back!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. It is in a perfect location to the beach and beach access is pretty easy. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed to cook. There is an electric grill on the balcony. We didn't have to bring our own beach chairs or toys. All of this was provided in the storage on the balcony. The view of the water was great from the balcony. The pool was awesome. The only thing I would have changed is the hot tub. Its great size and clean but the water was not hot at all. More room temp. I didn't not address this with any staff because it wasn't a huge deal to us. We will definitely be returning. Most likely for our wedding in July 2022.
