The condo was nice, clean and was fitted everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was the pool and hot tub were not functioning while we were there which was one of our criteria for accommodations. So that was a letdown.

The condo was super nice and clean. Great space and views. Good location to park and all activities we wanted to do in Moab. Google maps did not take us to the correct condo, but when we called the manager, he responded quickly and was super helpful. (Be sure to come in via the directions on the listing. If you come in through the front of the neighborhood it’s harder to see condo numbers at night). It was a great stay and comfortable. Had everything we needed to make a few dinners and anything else.

Love the Southwest theme. Layout was great. Not sure how VRBO works with leftover food condiments upon arrival. E.g. Found BBQ sauce in fridge. Not used to seeing that and it did not bother me. Just don’t see that in hotels. Felt free to reach owner and got a prompt response. Our first VRBO experience. Location was nearby Moab and parks. I recommend upgrading the appliances and TVs; the ones there worked well. I would definitely consider staying stay there again — P2!

We booked a last minute getaway, just myself and my kids, (3 adult and 2 grade school). There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great place, location was a little out of the way from town, about 10 minutes to get to a store or restaurant and 45 to get to the national parks. The place was clean, saw a few spiders and ants in the condo but it’s that time of year. The internet didn’t work well. I couldn’t pull up places to eat for reservations or make calls. That was a bit frustrating. Hot tub was closed but no signage stated the pool or hot tub hours or season. To me, hot tubs should be open year around. Having seasonal operational hours/months posted would be nice. Also, (this is not a complaint, just a suggestion) the bar stools against the tile floor made a horribly loud noise every time they got moved. With 6 people constantly using them, it got quite annoying. A simple inexpensive fix would be the felt sliders. Overall, it fit our needs. It was a bit pricey after all the fees for what it was and late check in times and early check out made our time there feel even shorter. But the owners provide nice amenities and allow a dog which we appreciated.

We have stayed in this complex many times but never in this condo. The family room furniture was very comfortable and spacious. The condo was clean and well equipped with furniture. The patio had a wonderful view and room for all. I would stay here again.

This property was only a short distance from all the Moab activities we did but also just far enough outside of town to be very quite and have a great nighttime view of the stars.

We stayed here for 5 nights. There were 4 adults. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths-lots of room. The location was great-quiet,about 8 minutes from town. Our only issue was finding the unit-all the units had big numbers on them, but ours was hidden by a large bush,which had a lot of bees in it. I called the contact and he directed us to the unit. That tree should be trimmed way back since it also partially blocks the entrance gate. The code to the house worked fine,but the garage code did not work. Overall though the place was great and we would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Televisions were awkward to operate but we finally figured them out. Having the option to use Netflix would have been nice though. Patio area has weeds growing/needs trimming but nice to have morning coffee. Overall it suited our family of 7.

This property will not disappoint! Very large bedroom rooms, a full equipped kitchen and a quiet location. Our kids loved the bunk beds in one of the rooms, so much so, they insisted on sharing a room. When we come back to Moab we will definitely look this property up.

A very beautiful home. We stayed for 4 nights, actually we were there mainly at night as we were off to see the Parks. This is a great location from which to see Arches, Canyonland and Capital Reef. We also say Mesa Verde. On our way to your home from Grand Junction we saw Colorado National Monument. Your home is lovely and very comfortable with a great view. Thanks for allowing us to share this home with you. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great holiday weekend trip. Escaping the ski crowds from our home town to the quiet and sleepy off season of moab. Garage had plenty of space for our mtn bikes. We had two family's with 7 bikes total and still had room to spare. Bunk bed room was great for the kiddos. Hot tub code listed wasn't working but texted the property manager and had a response within minutes.

We may be starting a tradition here. This is the same complex we stayed in last year. Nice location in Spanish Valley a bit south of Moab, but not inconvenient. This unit seemed to be part of the earlier sets built, but nonetheless a nice cozy place to kick up your heels and hang your hat. That said, the garage was spacious for cars and SUV's, and very clean...we didn't fit though with the roof top tent. Unfortunate, but not a deal breaker. I know we fit in the one last year, and this one was OH SO close. The gas fireplaces were so cozy especially after the winter storm that covered the valley with several inches of snow. Beautiful sight to see the following day with clear blue skies. Didn't get to romp around on the trails like we wanted, but had a nice stay regardless. Cooked-in mostly with decent kitchenware to boot. Not the fanciest appliances, but clean and they did the job quite well. I would recommend a little freshen up of the place with updated countertops and backsplashes as well as removing the carpet and a new master bed or mattress as the current one (as of Jan 2022) is a bit worn. I did like the décor and furniture, and I loved how you can feel at home and not like you are in someone else's home with a collage of family photos from the 80's. I looked for a shovel to take care of some of the snow, but none was handy. The grounds crew were prompt the morning after the storm and cleared the drive and in front of the garage area. Thanks for a nice stay, and we'd love to be back if you'll have us.

I'm still giving this place a five-star rating because the property itself was fine and would stay again. It had everything I needed, and it was clean and tidy. It was at the far end of Moab, but still close enough to the city center to make it a convenient location. However, if you were to have a pressing need to get a hold of the property manager, best of luck to you. The number they give you to contact is for the maid, who can't help with anything. I happened to reach out with a non-urgent question and it NEVER got answered. Fortunately, I figured it out on my own. Also, I don't know if something is wrong with the fireplace, but we could smell gas from the moment we walked in. We opened the windows and tried playing with the switch, but unsure if its just permanently like that. Also, the pool code they provided in the confirmation email was wrong. Gladly, one was written on the fridge that ended up working. So, all in all, the property is great, the customer service is well, non-existent.

Place was just as advertised. Great for family to spread out after our days of hiking. Slight musty smell to home, had to get bottle of Febreeze to combat that. But everything was in working order, kitchen was well stocked.

Good proximity to parks: 20 minutes to Arches front gate, 40 to Canyonlands. 10 minutes to downtown Moab. Neighborhood pool is one block away. Also recommend families visit the Mill Creek teacups swimming holes at the end of Powerhouse Lane.

The property was generally quite nice although there was evidence that it had been a rental for awhile such as a broken kitchen cabinet, a broken light bulb in the bathroom and broken window blinds. The maid service missed changing one guest bed as a travel pack of pringles was found within the sheets. Luckily there were plenty of linens in the closet for us to change the sheets ourselves. The listing said there was a 2 car garage for parking but there was a couch and love seat using most of one of the bays so only 1 car fit in garage.
