Cozy in Moab
The VRBO is a very cozy single bedroom with a great view, and well furnished. I would recommend it to anyone. Communication with the owner was easy and I received with responses.

Great location in Moab
Great location & views and very comfortable. Kitchen is very small, has limited functionality, and needs more drinking glasses and other items but there are lots of options to eat out close by.

Glorious Porch

Amazing stay!
Wow, we loved this place! The host, Sunnie, was quick to communicate—especially when we needed to get in one day earlier than planned. She worked to get the home ready for us and helped us out of a bind! The home was clean and well-appointed. But the views off the wrap around porch will be what we remember the most! The bed was comfortable after some long hikes! If I find myself lucky enough to return to the fun city of Moab, I will seek out this property again!!

Fantastic Getaway spot!
This turned out to just be a perfect rental. The wrap around deck was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast lounging. And perfect again in the evening for relaxing after days of sight-seeing and hiking. Highly recommend!

Great place
Great place to stay, close to hiking areas. Did have a little trouble in the dark finding the second driveway to get to the 1 bedroom unit. Other than that everything was great.

Great Location
The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very quiet at night. We wish we used the wrap-around deck - but we were gone most of the time. The views are great. Had an issue with the TV remote (only could see 1 channel the entire time we were there) but we couldn't reach the Property Mgr until Day 4 of our stay.

Oasis near Moab
Great location within easy distance of Moab, but away from all the congestion. The 1 bedroom unit on the top floor had nice views and was well equipped. Highly recommend.

Near Arches NP
This house was in a good location for visiting Arches. The wrap around porch was wonderful. The upstairs apartment was very quiet and we never heard the people staying below us in the other apartment. The surrounding mountains were pretty, but we didn’t love the lights from the street below us flashing all night. The kitchen was extremely small and made cooking a struggle. Shower was large, vanity was very small in the bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable. Living room was bigger than we needed since we were always outside, but it would be good if we spent more time at the house. There’s no outside table for dining, just a couple chairs.

Nice home away from home!
The wrap-around deck with beautiful red rock views was awesome! Very comfortable place to come home to after a day spent exploring! Plenty of space for two! Only downside was I love to take walks early in the morning and there's really nowhere to walk - its located at the top of a fairly steep gravel road and no sidewalks close by. But, other than that, lots of big windows to enjoy the view and let a nice breeze in, well stocked kitchen, comfy bedroom...we enjoyed our stay!

The View!!!!
Clean quiet and great view. Had a an issue that was addressed so fast and in a way that was nearly invisible to us. The property mgr came to fix the air cooler that had malfunctioned and he was most concerned to do the repair when we were not going to be there so as to not inconvenience us. So much appreciated. Very clean well equipped and really cool views. Tiny kitchen( literally a 1 butt kitchen) but very nice they even had frosty glasses in the freezer which was perfect for cold beer after hiking the parks all day.

Simply perfect
The wrap around porch is as fantastic as the pictures in the listing. Quick drive to Moab, very accessible to adventures. Everything we needed and enjoyed coming”home” to after long , busy, outdoor days. Would return and definitely recommend. Easy and comfortable.

The view is almost unbeatable. We loved the lightfull apartment, sitting outside, watching the sunset. There is everything there for two. Felt very private. For us a perfect location ( also close to town)

Great location very nice place. Heat index was very high but cooled nicely Everything we needed there an excellent back up system for lockout. Great view wrap around porch very private. Near downtown and Arches. Do the mountain loop high way Arches and dinner at Broken oar.

Location!
This was amazing! There was no one below us on the rental so it felt remarkably private. We watched the fireworks from the wrap around deck, we’re able to walk into town, and could drive to all the destinations we hoped to see. I loved this rental. Very comfy bedroom and felt spacious. Hope to be back and highly recommend

Best View in Moab
This was a smaller home with the one bedroom unit but the wrap around porch made it feel big. The king bed was great and also had a view of the mountains with sliding glass doors to the outside. It was one mile up from the main town center of Moab which had great shops and restaurants. Go to the Broken Oar!

Wonderful Vacation

Place was clean, stive top was nit great. Bathroom shower was to small. View was nice, but the street up to it could use some work. Things are kinda old, like microwave and toaster. Bathroom sick didnt drain well. The place down stairs also is an air b&b, so the firat night it was a couple they qere quite. The second set ,not so much.

Our Visit to Moab
We stayed 5 nights in January. Snow covered almost everything but the roads. We had good days for seeing Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The Apartment was just right for 2 people. Cooked all our meals in the apartment. The kitchen is small but works fine.

Great location and views!
Great location just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab while we were visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Perfect for a couple. Small kitchen, but it worked perfectly for our needs, and we appreciated the cooktop. Amazing views. We'll stay here again next time we come back!

This was a great location with a stellar view. Laying in bed, I saw a shooting star through the back doors. The whole back of the house was windows and gave a panoramic view of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice two days at this apartment while we visited Arches and Canyonlands NPs. It is a good location just outside of the busy downtown Moab. You have a nice view of mountain from wrap around porch. Only thing we could have used was a few more drinking glasses, but no big deal.

Away From The Fray

Fabulous Getaway
It was easy to rent. We signed up in 2021 and reserved it out a whole year. I've never been happier renting a place. Cool Place overlooking the Mountains
This was the perfect place. Great location just outside of town with a wonderful view and quiet. Close to the NP’s, Scenic Byway, and town. The apt had all that was needed for our stay. Had all the amenities needed for our stat. It was clean and quaint and the wrap around porch was a plus for early morning coffee by sunrise. Definitely recommend this place. Owners were very easy to deal with and gave all the information needed upfront. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us. Great vacation spot!

As advertised. Location is great. You feel like you are out away from it all without being away from it all. Clean and comfortable. When I first arrived I didn't want to leave! The view isn't bad either!! Add more days if you plan to stay
