Fint hotell med bra läge
Bra läge, rent och bra städning. Elektronisk skyltning visar när man är på rummet och när man inte vill bli störd för tex städning, detta gjorde servicen oerhört bekväm för oss. Kanske hade frukosten kunnat ha lite fler grönsaker, men vi är inte frukostmänniskor, så för oss räckte det gott med en liten fralla, smör ost och skinka. Dessutom fanns det som överallt i Italien mycket sött och kakor till frukost. Det som utmärkte detta hotell var att både olika sorters kakor och småkakor alla var hembakade - väldigt hemtrevlig känsla. Sängarna var i hårdaste laget men det är också nåt vi ofta upplever på semester i Italien. Närhet till Cinque Terre med bra tågförbindelser. Vi var där under lågsäsong och byn kändes mer genuint, en by som italienare faktiskt bor och lever i. På en hel del ställen pratade man bara italienska, men alla ville väl och tillsammans listade vi snabbt ut vad den andre ville. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig samma ställe igen, skulle jag komma tillbaka!

La voglia di ritornare a Moneglia !!!
Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti; ambiente ospitale sopratutto la gent.ma Francesca che ci ha permesso di essere subito a nostro agio ed orientati dal check in. Particolarmente curata la sanificazione degli ambienti, tutte le parti comuni con dispenser di gel sanificante. Ottima la pulizia della camera con cambio di biancheria quotidiana, peraltro su un lato della stessa ho trovato un affresco che mi ha messo subito di buon umore . . si tratta di un bellissimo gatto e sullo sfondo Sestri Levante (vi allego la foto). Ottima ed abbondante la colazione della mattina. La posizione dell'Hotel è fantastica ! Davanti al mare (si attraversa la strada e si è già in spiaggia), due passi in centro. Davvero complimenti !!!

Flott hotel med 1 min gange til stranda. Hotellet har egen garasje til bilen som koster 13 euro pr natt. Ikke noe billigere å stå ute i gata. Frokostbufe med mer enn bare kaker. Hotellet har innendørs basseng med massasje og badstu. Bar og restaurant, fint å sitte ute der pg ta en drink. Velger dette hotellet igjen om jeg reiser til Moneglia igjen

Gastfreundlichkeit
Schönes Hotel Nähe Strand. Zimmer für eine Nacht klein aber akzeptabel. Aufgrund eines angekündigten Streiks des Regionalverkehrs und den darauf erfolglosen Bemühungen für ein Taxi zum nächsten grösseren Bahnhofs anderntags ( Hotel konnte keine Lösung bieten), mussten wir gleichentags wieder abreisen und einen letzten Züge, der noch regulär fuhren, Richtung Mailand nehmen. Schade!

Fantastic
Sehr schönes Hotel in großartiger Lage. Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, alles prima. Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Meerblick haben wir leider zu spät entdeckt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Very nice hotel in great location. Room, cleanliness, breakfast, everything great. Unfortunately we discovered the roof terrace with sea views too late. Highly recommended.

Hôtel Piccolo moneglia.
Bon séjour. Chambre un peu petite mais correcte. Accueil chaleureux mais il faut savoir parler italien ou anglais. Français langue morte. Établissement situé au centre du village très beau et convivial. Accès au 5 terres par trains à proximité. Accès aux plages 100 mètres trop bien. Restauration sur place ou grand choix dans moneglia. Parfait merci.

Very friendly staff and clean room. The bed seemed hard at first but I slept great on it! The pillows weren't the best but overall I would say it wasn't bad.

Last minute booking and we were extremely happy with this hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely lady at reception and great breakfast. We didnt use the pool or sauna facilities but went to have a look at them and they looked very good. Area is also nice and safe. Lovely restaurants around

En oväntad pärla på vår resa. Rent och fräscht rum med utsikt mot lugn bakgata. Trevligt bemötande och god service. Frukosten var över våra förväntningar. Enda jag kan klanka ner på är sängen som var för hård för min rygg. Rekommenderar en vistelse på detta hotell.

We had a lovely stay in the Piccolo Hotel last week. It is just across the road from the beach, with a narrow windy street behind where you can buy absolutely anything you might need. Wonderful breakfasts. Very pleasant staff.

Auf unseren Rollertouren hatte wir letztes Jahr zwei zufällige, dieses Jahr drei gebuchte Übernachtungen. Zimmer mit Meerblick sind vorhanden (ab 1. Stock), sollten aber vorgebucht werden, da auch welche Richtung Gasse nach hinten raus gehen, wo morgens leichter Lieferverkehr herrscht. Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich ein ehemaliger Bahndamm, wo heute Einbahnautoverkehr ist, aber in der Nacht quasi nichts los ist. Sehr ruhiger, hübscher, noch fast ursprünglicher Ort, nicht so eng wie die Cinque Terre, aber dafür fast etwas abgelegen und gemütlich. Auf der Hotelterrasse im ersten Stock sitzt und liegt es sich angenehm. Die Hotelzimmer sind in warmen Farben gestrichen und dekoriert, Bad ist zweckmäßig und funktionierend. Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Restaurantbetrieb und Bar gibt es ebenfalls. Garage gegen Gebühr etwas entfernt, konnten unsere Roller auch genießen.

It is clear that someone is paying attention to the details. it is all the small things that add up to make staying at this hotel wonderful location is super and sleeping was great. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the fresh squeezed juice was wonderful!

Great location and clean hotel.
Good location for visiting the Cinque Terre. Easy train ride away. Safe location with lovely clean beach. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Spotlessly clean in public areas and room had plenty of storage and a free safe.

Ein Hotel wo man sich zuhause fühlt.Freundlich und hilfsbereit an der Rezeption, sympatische und aufmerksame Bedienung im Service und keinerlei Manko bei der Zimmerreinigung. Alles Tip-Top. Eigentlich Vier-Sterne Niveau. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach wunderbar: nach vorne raus ist man nach 50 Metern am Strand, nach hinten raus ist man nach 0 Metern in der Fußgängerzone. Nach 10 Tagen, in denen wir mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkundschaftet haben, sind wir der Überzeugung gewesen, das Moneglia der Ort mit dem meisten italienschen Flair ist und unser Hotel das beste im Ort.Der Ort ist recht überschaubar. Wer Party machen will, ist dort falsch.Da sollte man sich in größere Orte begeben. Wir hatten zwecks Flexibilität keine Halbpension, würden es aber empfehlen aufgrund dessen, was wir von anderen Gästen gehört haben und gesehen haben. Und aufgrund dessen,was wir woanders bezahlen mussten. Teuer war nicht gleich gut und bis wir gut und angemessen gefunden hatten, war der Urlaub auch schon fast um.

Hotel with a perfect location
This hotel has a lot of potential and with minor improvements it would reach status as outstanding in its price range. The 3-star hotel has a perfect location, nice rooms and a breakfast buffet worth an extra star. The spa area gives additional value. What could be improved is the cleaning of the rooms and the attitude among some of the staff. Sometimes we got the impression that guests were not first priority, especially during the breakfast serving.

Posizione favolosa; Hotel in generale buono.
SULL'HOTEL: Hotel al centro di Moneglia a pochissimi PASSI (letteralmente) dalla spiaggia libera e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria (che permette di raggiungere a poco prezzo le cinque terre, Sestri levante, ecc); la POSIZIONE è certamente il suo punto di forza. La PULIZIA è sufficiente: sebbene la camera sia stata pulita ogni giorno, non si può perdonare il fatto che all'arrivo il copriletto fosse pieno di sabbia. Il PERSONALE è stato sempre gentile, ma i sorrisi sembravano spesso dovuti e tirati piuttosto che reali e spontanei. Nota negativa: abbiamo segnalato il guasto dell'aspiratore del bagno cieco e siamo stati "presi in giro" con la scusa di un aspiratore super-silenzioso di ultima generazione; immaginatevi gli inconvenienti. La COLAZIONE era un po' caotica, ma discretamente buona e varia. SU MONEGLIA: Borgo carino, ma un po' piccolo; non vi aspettate molto: praticamente assente la vita notturna e di sera non c'è un notevole movimento. Nel centro si trova qualche negozietto (a mio parere non particolarmente caratteristico) e molti ristoranti con prezzi a partire da 15-20€ a persona fino a molto più. Presenti numerosi panifici e pizzerie (6€ circa per una margherita) come da buona tradizione ligure. Il MARE non è limpido e cristallino quanto quello di altre località balneari (es. Sardegna), ma rientra pienamente nella media del tipico mare ligure. La spiaggia è di sabbia scura; in acqua, soprattutto verso riva, si trovano sassi.

By the beach
Very nice location accross the street from the beach! Floors are all tiles therefore very noisy in the rooms, can hear all noises from halllways and upper floor footsteps. Room very clean, pillows very thin, bed very firm. The fridge in our room didn't work, front desk told us to speak to cleaning lady about it, which we did but didn't get fixed or replaced. The hotel provides beach towels, and a small clothes rack to dry. Buffet breakfast varied and good.

Hôtel familial à recommander
Nous avions opté pour la vile de Moneglia et l'établissement Hôtel Piccolo en fonction de sa situation à proximité des "Cinque Terre". Que vous dire si ce n'est que nous sommes très satisfaits de l'hôtel de sa proposition de wellneess et de Jacuzzi sur la terrasse en plein air. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le rapport prix-qualité très intéressant. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement qui de plus est à proximité d'une plage que nous n'avons, malheureusement, pas eu le temps de découvrir.
