Han intentado quedarse con mi dinero 2 veces!
El hotel puedo decir que es el más limpio y confortable de la zona en lo referente a calidad precio. El check - in es un poco seco y poco amable por parte de los propietarios. Un consejo: gestionan muy mal, quiero decir que tuve problemas para recuperar mi depósito de 100$ en cash, no se acordaban ni lo tenían registrado ni lo dejan reflejado en el recibo que te dan, tuvo que venir el manager a solucionarme el problema. Y lo último de todo es que a pesar de que pagué con Cash me cargaron en mi tarjeta de crédito la habitación por segunda vez, a la semana siguiente me di cuenta y estuve reclamando mi dinero y ellos insistían que yo no llevaba la razón hasta que revisaron las grabaciones de la cámara ante mi petición de que lo hiciesen, en mi opinión su mala gestión me ha dejado entrever que han intentado quedarse con mi dinero 2 veces.

Was given a 2nd story room. I booked 4 mos. ago & expected a prime room. When I asked I got a 1st floor room. I turned on the TV. There was no signal. I waited 45 min for correction. I tried to call front desk. Phone broken. Called on cell. Mgr came, moved some wires & fixed TV. Couldn’t fix phone. Sent another worker who brought a replacement phone. It didn’t work. Offered to move me. I didn’t want to re-pack.

Great place to stay, we will definitely go back. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice upon entry. I like the soaps they provide as well. Check in was quick and painless. Room was incredibly affordable too which was great because the room was very luxurious. I think I read that it was newly renovated. The only thing I could complain about is that the shower heat was very low. We couldn’t get it past “warm” so we had quick coldish showers. It was also stuck on shower so no baths. There were also no grippies on the floor in the bath so my toddler fell a few times because of it, but that is all. The stay was fantastic and I plan to stay here again. Also, it’s across from a Tesla dealership, but near a lot of restaurants.

This property is an average budget friendly place that says it's dog friendly. It is not dog friendly. We spent more in hidden fees for the two dogs than we did in the room. On top of that they have no space set up for the pets to be at all. This place did not command the fees paid.

The rooms look renovated, which makes it cleaner and inviting. The check-in process was great, and they accepted cats (for a $45 fee), which was lovely! The three things I'd recommend is an extra blanket in the room, a bag for the ice bucket, and and in room 114 the front part of the AC vents rattles loudly. Otherwise, Id stay here again. The location is also good as its close to stores and restaurants.
