Hello Nelmar and Ana, I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. I only received one inquiry from Nelmar as to Wifi code and responded immediately. We let you have your privacy when you check in but are always available if needed. We do not claim to have 5 Bedrooms. We clearly mark that we have 4 bedrooms plus Other and describe it is an Extra comfortable twin mattress in the Media room closet to pull out as needed. Sorry for any wasps on patios - on the lake we try to keep up and have cleaned that. I do not understand the coffee pot being left dirty only as an oversight and I have told my maid. As for the space in the bar area we lost our ice maker and it is ordered and waiting for it to repair that small space. That small Tile piece cannot be put in until it arrives that’s why there is a piece of loose tile there. I wish you had reached out immediately to me about any concerns. I sent my maid over to provide you access to extra sheets and no one responded to her. We strive to get everything right. Stains on material on stools are common with children visiting. We will change those to leather or just wood.

All has been updated and the maid service has been replaced. We decorate with some Vintage and Retro pieces for added interest. We have been offering our home to Guest for over 15 years and continually update and have over 90 reviews 5 out of 5 Satisfaction.

Anna, thanks for staying with us this Summer. We are happy to hear your stay was fantastic. I did want to respond to your review in reference to nightly cost. Every year since 2007 we evaluate similar homes on the water in Walden and the nightly rates and adjust ours accordingly. There are only a very small number of homes like ours with a private pool, the wonderful views and the many other amenities this lakehouse has to offer. Close proximity to golfing, fishing off the dock, near open water; huge backyard and patio for chilling and grilling and a true waterfront.

Martin, i reached out to you to see which bed you were referring to. I understood you prefer Firm mattress and mine are Pillow top and 6 months old. I am sorry the Cookie sheets were not cleaned well I have told my maids to be more detailed. I have never had that issue in the 7 years that we have rented our Lakehouse. Taking care this does not occur again. Bought new baking sheets.
