Nette Unterkunft
Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr nahe von einer Busstation von welcher aus super nach Vevey oder auch nach Montreux gereist werden kann. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, lieb und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank

Great Location
A short walk to the lakefront where there is swimming. We also walked to dinner at a nice restaurant recommended by Paola, and we walked to get groceries. There is a nice patio and we were able to eat outside . Paola was very friendly at helpful, and she met us for our 10pm arrival.

We were really not happy with this stay
Check in provided no house number so finding the location was difficult. When we did arrive, we were met a very musty, acidic smell. Our only thought was it was to kill the bugs- as a very large number of ants appeared as the stay progressed. We had no food in the apartment. The ants were everywhere. The place felt old and not clean. We would not recommend this listing.

I'm sorry but the house number and full address are provided by the site, or upon request by us in ciat. The acrid smell was due to the disinfectant, I'm sorry, maybe it needed more airing. It would have been a better solution if you inform us of the inconvenience, ants, during the stay and not after, in any case we have carried out a remediation for the ants attracted, probably, by the sugar poured by the previous guest for probable unconscious inattention. Reporting inconveniences during the stay can improve the welcome, use the inconveniences as a weapon, loaded with blanks, they are useful for reporting guests wishing for media attention. I'm sure you had the best of intentions. King regard

Un très bon séjour
Nous étions 8 amis à avoir loué pour des retrouvailles et le séjour s'est très bien passé. Une vue très sympa sur le lac, des lits confortables et une terrasse très agréable pour se retrouver. Notre hôte nous a également bien accueilli avec des petits conseils sur les endroits à visiter du coin et elle a été disponible et compréhensive.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, super Aussicht, jedoch nicht so sauber
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Es dauert nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus bis man im Zentrum von Montreux ist, was sehr ideal ist. Ebenfalls ist die Bushaltestelle nur 10m entfernt. Der Balkon, mit schönem Ausblick auf den Genfersee, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sind gemütlich. Doch leider waren die Möbel alt und manchmal nicht mehr so stabil (z.B. Küchenschränke, Loch im Wohnzimmerstuhl). Auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, denn die Kleiderschränke und der Boden waren nicht sehr sauber. Auch in den Badezimmern mangelte es etwas an Sauberkeit. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung genossen!!

Wenn Sie nichts zu sagen haben, sollten Sie lieber schweigen. Die verzweifelte Suche nach Kritik macht Sie weder zu einem besseren Menschen als die anderen Gäste noch wird man Ihnen für perfekt halten, im Gegenteil. Seien Sie aufrichtig und Sie werden immer geschätzt. ps: Die von Ihnen eingeweihten und beschädigten Küchenteile wurden bereits repariert. Danke, dass Sie uns bevorzugen.

Gute Lage
Die Lage ist perfekt, Bus vor dem Haus, wunderschönes Seebad in Gehdistanz, schade, dass die Liegenschaft aussen eher ungepflegt ist, im Innern etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Peccato che i miei ospiti post pandemia dimentichino le buone maniere ed il buon senso. L'interno é uguale alle foto quindi i commenti sono privo di novità concreta e l'esterno é condizionato alle intemperie di questi giorni, anche questo é prevedibile. É bene dire che le critiche arrivano solo dopo il soggiorno, durante il soggiorno sono entusiasti e si godono la vacanza alla grande, come é normale che sia, difficile da capirvi?!?!?!

Schöne Aussicht und Terrasse, im Innern wenig Scharm
Wohnung selber für das Alter in einem guten Zustand. Bäder waren sauber. Toll ist die Aussicht auf der grossen Terrasse. Leider sind die meisten Möbel innen und aussen in weniger gutem Zustand. Die Küche inkl dem Inhalt muss stark überholt werden (siehe teils Fotos Inserat). Das Haus befindet sich zwischen Montreux und Vevey. Beide Bahnhöfe sind in ca 10min mit dem Bus gut erreichbar.

Ospiti discreti, hanno lasciato l'alloggio in buone condizioni; non leggono con attenzione le informazioni sugli alloggi, ed possono involontariamente attribuirvi la disattenzione. Hanno dato suggerimenti di cui faremo tesoro, per migliorare l'alloggio e l'accoglienza. Abbiamo l'abitudine di provvedere alle riparazioni o sostituzioni suggerite, quindi le vostre recensioni, spesso non sono più attuali. Se avete dubbi, chiedete, vi risponderò con piacere.

Beste Lage
Super, tolle Lage, nette Vermieterin, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Nur ein neuer Tisch auf dem Balkon könnte mal spendiert werden!

Gern geschehen, es war mir eine Freude, Sie zu beherbergen, denn der Tisch ist weniger als ein Jahr alt, es tut mir leid, aber ich kann die Möbel nicht jedes Jahr erneuern. Also ich hoffe es geht auch gut! :-( Nächstes Mal :-)

Property is located next to a bus stop which made traveling around town convenient. The place appears old fashioned however it met our needs.

Great location!
Clean and comfortable location. We had 5 in our group, so it fit perfectly. I would only recommend a little update to the table on the patio, which had a leg or 2 so loose, it threatened to collapse. We didn't dare dine on it. And the wall mounted AC unit's appeared to be missing the remotes required to run them. It was just warm enough to want them but it cooled just enough in the evening to be able to sleep without them. The view from the terrace to Lake Geneva was pretty! Thank you!
