Birthday weekend
My husband and I celebrated our daughters 21st birthday with some friends and family. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Everyone enjoyed the game room and we went to Mohegan Sun on Saturday night which was close by. We all had a great time! MK is a gracious host and available to answer any questions that may arise.

Get location - Foxwoods & Mystic nearby
We were looking for a location for our family to all enjoy and including our pets . We all had a great time visiting mystic , beach and was able to head over to Foxwoods for the day . The house is in a great location .

Fun house, perfect for family time!
We enjoyed staying at this house so much! The game room was a blast. All the games worked well and provided hours of family entertainment. We had refreshing cool evenings, so the outdoor fire pit was cozy with plenty of seating. We were so pleased that both the grill and fire pit had plenty of propane. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table comfortably seats 6. There is also a lovely outdoor dining set on the top deck with a heater for those chilly evenings. The house has a dense covering of trees behind it, so the backyard feels very private. Beds were very comfy and sheets and comforters were soft and clean! MK was so easy to work with and answered us promptly. We would love to rent this house again.

Great Home
We had a wonderful time. Everything was as described and very comfortable. The grill was perfect and enough space for all of us. The game room was cool. The weather wasn't hot enough to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. The wifi worked well and everything was great. I will book again. Great host

Super fun and Dog friendly
Stayed at Mk’s location for a birthday weekend getaway. The instruction and house rules are simple and easy to follow. Pool was a bit smaller than expected but that didn’t hinder the fun. The game room was great and full of all kinds of fun activities. Board games could be in better condition or even updated. Patio could use more lights but seating and fire place were comfy and safe/easy to use. Bed were comfy and rooms were very spacious. Bathrooms clean and included multiple bath towels and showering essentials. Even carried extra feminine products which was amazing! Neighborhood was quiet and location was easy to find. In all we had 7 Adults all over the age of 21 and we had a great time. The karaoke machine had really brought everyone together so that was a large plus. Everyone had a bed to sleep on even extra blankets for movie nights. MK answered our questions quickly and was very accommodating to me and my service dogs. Overall this experience was very fun and felt like home. Thank you for having us.

Fantastic location for day trips and great accomodations!
Stayed with 7 of us ranging from 67y to 4yo. Plenty of space and great extras like the pool, game room and outside space. Everything we needed, wonderful experience!

Enjoyed it
Very clean, very attentive manager, for the most part exactly as advertised, a couple games could of been in better shape and wish there were deadbolts in exterior doors, but the positives definitely outweighed the few drawbacks.

Wonderful Stay Near Casinos!
Stayed here with a few buddies of mine for his bachelor weekend! The house was spacious, cozy & has a great game room. The location is safe, comfortable & conveniently close to the casinos. This is a great place to stay if you're looking to have some fun in Connecticut!

Beautiful home with a great location
House has been beautifully redone and is in a great location for our needs. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Owner was prompt with check-in information which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Montville House

Very nice house, clean, well stocked, great amount of games, pool table, etc. Pool was nice and refreshing during warm days. Owners were always available and replaced propane tanks for grill and fire pit. I would rent again!!!!

A quiet, cozy and fun getaway!
A nice getaway at this cozy & fun house. We especially enjoyed the double deck at the back with BBQ grill and fire pit. The communication with the owner MK was excellent from booking to checkout.

Just what we needed.

Had a nice stay
Very nice stay, the house was nice, and it was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fireplace, the game room, and the poker setup. The only complaint we had was the bedroom with the bunk beds in it. The bottom bunk was very uncomfortable, and the room could use a little tlc. Other than that, the hosts were very nice, and everything else was great.

Good port during storm
This was not a vacation but a death in family with many people coming from out of town. This was so much more peaceful and comfortable then being in hotel. As long as I can climb steps I will rent it again.

Definitely a home away from home
We had a great time relaxing in the house and going out to some local places to explore and get good food and drinks. Had to go to Mohegan because it's so close and always a fun time. Our pup was welcome and comfortable in the house which made things that much nicer. The owner even came to help us shovel out of the unexpected amount of snow we had the day we left. Thank you for all your hospitality!

Great house for our weekend getaway!
We stayed here for a weekend at the casinos. It was about 15 minutes from the casinos which made it reasonable enough to take an Uber back and forth. The house was very clean and setup very nice. Owner was easy to contact and very pleasant. Only down side to the trip was we only stayed one night, hopefully next time we can stay here longer!

Awesome house
This house has it all. Lots of room. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nicely decorated. Fully equipped in every respect. My kids are all grown up but this place would be great for a family with children. It has a pool table, foosball table, exercise equipment, huge deck, swimming pool, big yard, Star Wars bedroom, lots of games. Close to the casino and in a quiet neighborhood. We will return.

GREAT HOUSE & LOCATION!
Very nice house with all the amenities you need. Host even left a few "extras" that were really sweet. A bottle of wine & some snacks. Plus the showers have soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the them which we loved. Great location for us to get to and from both casinos! Would definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed this house so much. The neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing. The owners take very good care of this house. My teenage sons loved having their own rooms and comfortable beds. AMAZING

Beautiful house and very accommodating hosts
The house was very clean and functional. A bottle of wine was left for our arrival which was very generous. Our group had a blast all weekend relaxing with board games at the kitchen table between wedding events. The fire pit made for an incredible wind down at the end of the night. Perfect place to stay at!!!
This was a perfect place to stay!!! This rental was very clean, comfortable and lots of fun!. It's so close to the casinos or catch the New London Ferry to Block Island for the day. The only have suggestion I have is don't bring a lot of supplies or grocery shop till after you check out what's there. It's stocked with many supplies. Thank you

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I would like to thank hosts MK and Dorene one more time for a nice little vacation we’ve had. Both of us including our greyhound Pico had a blast. House is fully equipped and stocked, game room kept us enerntained on a rainy day! We did not have a chance to use pool or gym equipment but it was a nice little perk as well. Next time we are back in CT, would definitely stay again.

Good family home
This was our 2nd mini getaway of the summer and we had a fabolous time! 3 kids 7 and under & 3 adults, home was perfect for us. The patio levels worked well for us. We highly enjoyed the grill, we enjoy cooking on our getaways. MK was very accommodating in providing us with a 2nd propane tank. The fire put was highly enjoyed by the adults. The home was clean. Washer and dryer a plus. My 2 cons was the bed upstairs- was a but uncomfortable bc we sunk in alot & the pool was very cold! Our kids went in for about 20 minutes twice and that was it. Location to Dinosaur Place is about 10 mins & 15 mins to childrens museum- we would book again for sure though! Mk was very friendly and responded very quickly. Had a fabolous time we are still talking about it!! :)

Amazing!!!!
A small group of us rented this home for a night to go to Mohegan Sun. The house was spotless and we will definitely be returning. It was about a 10-15 minutes Uber from the casino, but honestly we really didn't even have to leave the house. There is a huge selection of games, a pool table and the decks outside were awesome. I highly recommend this property, it was a fantastic experience!
