Hotel und Cafe kombiniert
Es scheint ein neuer Trend zu sein, dass Kaffee-Anbieter auch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten bereitstellen. Auf jeden Fall war es eine sehr angenehmer Erfahrung, hier für ein paar Nächte zu bleiben. Zimmer und Ausstattung waren völlig in Ordnung, auch der Schreibtisch groß genug zum Arbeiten. Auch einen Fitnessraum gibt es, den man aber erst einmal finden muss ;-) Und natürlich kann man auch die Coffee Fellows Spezialitäten genießen. In Summe war ich positiv überrascht.

Insgesamt zufriedenstellend. Im Einzelzimmer wenig Platz für Ablage. Beim aktuellen Wintereinbruch mit Schneechaos ist man dort aufgeschmissen und von der Aussenwelt abgeschnitten.

Disappointed.
1. Welcomed at the front-desk with 'there are no bookings on your name in the system'. Took a while to find it and finally get the room-key. 2. I had specifically booked and received confirmation for a room with a queen-bed but entered the room to find two separate single beds. Reason given at the front-desk: 'no rooms available'. 3. No towels in the bathroom. The used towels were removed after the room-service but were not replaced. Had to go to the front-desk (again) and get them myself. 4. The bath towels received were torn. 5. The parking-garage boom barrier had issues opening multiple times.

Sehr nettes Personal! Sauberes Hotel mit Tiefgarage und Parkmöglichkeiten um das Hotel. S-Bahn um die Ecke mit der man z.B. ohne Umsteigen nach München oder zum Ammersee fahren kann. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind Sauber und das Bett bequem. Einzig das Bad ist etwas klein aber sonst auch OK. Plus Punkt für mich als Kaffeejunkie ist die Kaffeebar im Haus 😁 Auch gut die S-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke.

Die Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel wurde als klimatiusiert angeboten. Leider hat es nur eine Thermodecke und die Zimmer werden auf max 4-5 Grad unter Umgebung abgesenkt. Nach 26-27 Grad sind unerträglich. Gastroangebot ist mangelhaft, die Zimmer sind klein.

Es ist richtig, wir kühlen unsere Zimmer über eine thermoaktive Decke. Wir haben bereits Kontakt zu unseren Partnern aufgenommen um dies in den online verfügbaren Hotelbeschreibungen nochmals deutlicher zu machen.Leider trifft auch uns die aktuell sehr schwierige Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Unser Shop ist aktuell Montag bis Freitag von 07:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Für Empfehlungen in der Umgebung steht unser Empfangsteam gerne zur Verfügung.Viele Grüße

Dirty room & no pillows = big disappointment
The Coffee Fellows Hotel seems like a great option on paper, but we really had a disappointing experience. 1. The room was dirty: floors had a layer of dirt that turned out socks brown when we walked around. The bedding on the pull-out sofa was used AND they didn’t provide bedding for it. The response to the dirty floors, slippers. The front desk gave us two pairs of slippers for seven people staying in the large apartment room instead of having housekeeping attend to it. 2. The first night we noticed that there were not enough pillows. I went down to the front desk, because there isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. The person at the desk said they don’t have any pillows. My response was, my father in law will be down in a few minutes with his opinion if I don’t return with pillows for him. All of a sudden he found one for me. I asked for four pillows and got one. He blamed it on a staffing issue. He then told me that housekeeping would come up the very next day and make everything perfect in our room and how sorry he was for this. The next day when we returned back from our day out, nobody had been in our room and we still didn’t have enough pillows. I went straight to the front desk again. The same man was there and told me: no, housekeeping comes once every five days. 3. The room ran out of body wash, I walked back down for that. They did not have any, but I was handed liquid hand soap and was told, it’s basically the same.

Das Hotel selber sehr gut. Die weite Entfernung vom nächsten Gasthaus, lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist ok, wenn man, wie wir ein Event hatten im Olympiastation. Aber auch das war weit entfernt.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Appartement. Gedacht für maximal 3 Gäste. Aber nicht genügend Geschirr. Kein Geschirrhandtuch sonder nur Papiertücher. Zwar Kaffeemaschine vorhanden aber im Coffee-Hotel erwarte ich dann wenigstens einen Kaffee zum Probieren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung kaum möglich. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.

A moins de 5 minutes de la sortie d'autoroute lorsque l'on vient de l'ouest, on évite ainsi le centre en voiture. Le S-bahn est à 150m et Marienplatz à 25mn. Le quartier est très tranquille, on s'y gare facilement, l'hôtel est moderne, propre, bien insonorisé et le petit déjeuner de bonne facture. Je n'ai pas utilisé la salle de sport mais elle est, comme l'hôtel, moderne et bien équipée.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber.Liegt direkt an S-Bahnhof Freiham von dort mit S Bahn Linie 8 zirka 18 Minuten bis Hbf.München Personal sehr nett 👍 Sehr gute Frühstück.Ich habe einfach genossen und empfehle dies Hotel.
