Regarding the speed of the WIFI we regret that it was not as fast and stable as you could expect. Of course, there might be as well problems from outside that we may not influence. We are very sorry that you have not been satisfied with our services and that the hotel/the accomodation did not meet your expectations although we provided you a free up-grade. The unexpected fee that you mentioned refers to the charge for the breakfast, we suppose. As you did not have booked this service there was a surcharge. Our reception staff re-checked your booking and informed you that breakfast was not incuded in the booking we received. We regret this very much, but actually it was not our fault as the reservation files show. We are very sorry that you left our hotel with a negative impression and hope that there will be an opportunity to convince you of our services.
