Una habitación muy pequeña con un baño ridículo
En general el hotel era viejo. En una habitación de matrimonio, pequeña, metieron tres camas más para mis hijos, casi no se podía pasar. Por otro lado, el baño era pequeñísimo y la mampara de la ducha estaba rota. Casi no podemos sacar el coche del jardín que se supone que era el párking gratuito. En el comedor sólo hablaban alemán y nos resultó muy difícil entendernos.

Habitación muy pequeña
Estuvimos alojados en una habitación familiar quintuple. El espacio disponible era el mínimo para 5 camas.Por lo que respecta al buffet y al personal correcto.

Hotel mediocre pero cumple
Nos quedamos en este hotel para ir al Oktoberfest y aunque no es muy buen hotel y te cobran una fortuna (como todos los hoteles en Múnich en estas fechas) cumple el propósito de tener camas cómodas y limpieza aceptable. La ubicación también está bien, ya que está a 30 min del Oktoberfest en transporte público.

This is a bed, a shower, and a bathroom (granted the toilet doesn't seem to flush). The owners are very nice but it lists things that are not true. The main issue here is they say "English". No. Cannot even list "familiar with English". The rooms are dated - very dated - and the decor makes no sense. It's Germany so why is the room covering done in cheap Pacific island scenery? Like I said there are no bells and whistles. But that is what I wanted so there was never a reason to stay in the room. We were out by 6-8 AM and back around 10pm every night. It was a place to sleep. That is all you should expect.

Ich war für 2 Übernachtungen geschäftlich in München. Daher war mir nur ein Platz zum Schlafen und Frühstück wichtig. Insgesamt habe ich für den Preis entsprechende Leistung erhalten. Zimmer lag zur Straße hin, daher laute Geräuschkulisse bei geöffnetem Fenster. Wände benötigen im Zimmer einen frischen Anstrich, die Einrichtung ist praktisch, aber recht alt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch. Das Bad wurde 1x gereinigt. Frühstück ausreichend, Qualität der Lebensmittel wie der Übernachtungspreis, im unteren Preisniveau. Im Grunde, wie erwartet - nur nicht die schmutzigen Wände im Zimmer

Frühstück für 15€ ist zu teuer für das was geboten wird.: 2 Sorten Brötchen. 3 Sorten Wurst und Käse 4 Sorten Konfitüre in den kleinen Aluschalen. Nussnougatcreme vom Lidl. Kaffee, Milch, Zucker 5 Sorten Teebeutel von Messmer Butterwürfel, Margarinebecher vom Lidl Frischkäsebecher vom Lidl 2 Sorten Müsli Orangensaft Flasche vom Lidl Das war alles.

Stay away!!! RUN!! Do not book!
We stayed for 3 nights. Room for family with 5 people is very cramped. No closet space to store luggage. With luggage on the floor there is no walking space. Tripping hazard. The beds felt like cots. You can feel the spring in the mattress. The mattress is so thin.Pillows are flat blanket like. Good luck if you’re looking for a fluffy pillow. No place to dry your towel. Hangers are recycled from department store so try hanging your damp towel on it. Bent the hanger... Bathroom is very small. No hooks in bathroom to hang towel or clothes while you shower!!! How hard is it to add few hooks on a wall?? Heavy duty command hooks?? Found stink bug in the bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Far from public transportation. Not easy to get to. DON’T book here. You’ll regret it. Friendly staff but that doesn’t make up for all the other inconveniences. Wifi sucks, no manager on property after 6/7PM. Good luck getting towels or anything after hours. Place needs a wrecking ball and start over. When I complained about the check in the owner gaslit me and said we made noise other guest couldn’t sleep in the meantime we only went to the hotel to shower and sleep. We left each day at 5. The stairs creak not my fault. I want to cry.

Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund unterwegs. Diesen hatten wir auch angemeldet und für ihn 15 € bezahlt. Leider war uns nicht bekannt, dass der Hund nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum durfte, was wir selbstverständlich auch akzeptiert haben. Wir sind also getrennt gegangen, da wir das Frühstück nun mal mitgebucht hatten. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns das Geld gespart und woanders gefrühstückt. Mein Mann wollte dem Herrn an der Rezeption lediglich im ruhigen Ton mitteilen, dass sie dies besser im Internet auch erwähnen sollten. Dieser ließ ihn aber nicht ausreden und fiel ihm immer wieder ins Wort und schimpfte, dass ein Hund ein Hund ist und Menschen Menschen sind. Er ließ meinen Mann nicht zu Wort kommen, wurde immer lauter und hat meinen Mann dann des Hotels verwiesen. Darüberhinaus wollte er noch die Polizei holen, warum auch immer. Dieses Verhalten hat uns ziemlich erschrocken. Wir sind ja eh abgereist. Der Ehefrau war dies wohl sehr unangenehm, da ihr Mann schreiend durch das Hotel gelaufen ist und hat sich bei uns für Ihren Mann entschuldigt. Wir waren in diversen Hotels mit unserem Hund und hatten niemals solche Probleme. Also, wer mit dem Hund anreist, sollte auswärts frühstücken! Die Betten sind sehr schmal. Für Erwachsene schon etwas eng. Ansonsten ein uriges altes Hotel, was auch seinen Charme hat.

Hote Galleria is an old hotel with plenty of charm. I got started off on the wrong foot when they wouldn’t let me cancel my reservations about 6 weeks out. So I changed my entire itenerary to not lose $176. Friendly staff. Comfy clean beds. No AC and the shower was a bit frustrating. Nice breakfast in the morning. Helpful recommendations. Close to the zoo and a great Biergarten.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas älter, so auch die Einrichtung. Man könnte einiges reparieren, dann wäre es viel angenehmer. Preis war okay aber man darf nicht große Erwartungen haben. Es ist nicht schalldicht man hört jeden Schritt der Personen und die Zimmer sind sehr sehr einfach ausgestattet.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir wurden sofort mit Tipps eingedeckt. Die U-Bahn ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Das Familienzimmer war sehr günstig.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist ruhig, sauber und billig. Dafür sah mein Hotelzimmer aber auch aus, als ob die Möbel alle vom Sperrmüll kommen - und das Badezimmer war das winzigste meines Lebens. Furchtbar! Aber vielleicht was für junge Leute.

We were late in check in called hotel and they prepared our keys on check-in counter before leaving. That was fantastic as we arrived after 12 at night and we self checked in without any problem. Just one small attention read carefully instructions to get to parking if you don't find one in hotel parking lot. Breakfast was also ok not one of the best.

Das Bad war dermaßen klein, dass man die Toilette kaum benutzen konnte. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Haare auf den Handtüchern, Flecken in den Gardienen, Flecken an den Wänden, schief hängende Bilder.....Mängel, die man mit ein bisschen guten Willen recht gut beseitigen könnte. Frische Brötchen statt alte aufgebackene wären auch ein Plus.....

Buona la posizione e comodo il letto... Per il resto molto molto deludente, i 3 stelle dell Alto Adige ad esempio in confronto sono un cinque stelle superior ! Prenotata due mesi fa la doppia ed assegnata una quadrupla stretta (che era libera il giorno prima), pulizia inesistente (abbiamo trovato persino un vecchio calzino sotto il letto). Bagno senza tenda con una scuola di fronte che aveva tutta la visione del nostro wc; colazione senza un biscotto, un piccolo dolce, solo salato e pane con marmellate confezionate, il caffe da caraffa lungo e niente latte caldo se non dopo pressante richiesta mia in tedesco.. Ma la cosa peggiore era la "cameriera" che a colazione se ne stava tranquillamente mangiando davanti a tutti. Non c è una direzione né una guida e non é che sia un albergo a buon prezzo!!!!

Good location, a 5 min walk to the UBahn and a 5min ride to downtown. Good breakfast. VERY small bathrooms and the bedroom was not great for the amount we paid. (uncomfortable beds and very small room).
