The second room was checked in at 16:26 - 26 minutes later than the check in time starts. Dear Hose,thank you for your feedback.As an appart hotel, we provide cleaning service 1 time per week, the exect day must be scheduled at reception. We provide our guest with this information upon check in. And you can contact us 24/7 concerning any issues. Despite that we exchange towels eevery day on request. You just need to communicate it with us. Concerning coffee shop - the breakfast is served from 7:30 AM until 10 AM. Kindest Regards,
