The bathroom fan, which came on as soon as light came on was “Outrageously”! Loud. I had a bath in the dark . The fan switch should be separate from light. Also no night light in room for people who get up in night. Can’t turn bathroom light on because the noise from fan would wake up the entire complex. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again for this very reason and I will mention to all others that ask about this accommodation. Thanks for asking what we didn’t like about this stay for $163.00cdn.

I love this property and have stayed 3times. This time I complained about toilet. It appeared to be a child’s toilet in a double queen room. It was so low to the floor u had a hard time getting up. We got missed on the cleaning two times. The checkin staff (the older one) is not very friendly

HelloIf you decide to stay with us again during the summer we will have breakfast in our restaurant for the summer.You may find the rooms in our annex more enjoyable then the room in the main building. A 2 queen deluxe is what you'd want to book.Have a great day

Nice and close to everything in town, convenient having a restaurant with good food attached to it. Only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable and the dip in the center is very noticeable. Great, helpful and friendly staff!

Check in was not easy…but it’s still off season and I assume they had reduced staff. Linens were lovely, cleaning staff starts early and is very loud. Walls are very thin.

We are sorry check in wasn't easy, we try our best to make this process quick and easy but some days it does take a little longer unfortunately. Room was clean & bed was very good. It was very noisy outside my room at times. It was disappointing that The Lodge offered no breakfast facilities in their restaurant. There are not many options in Nakusp and on the day of my departure I was unable to get any breakfast before reaching Revelstoke, over an hour away.

Great location for walking to everything in Nakusp. Room was huge and clean, towels and bedding was so soft, and the staff were very friendly. The attached restaurant and pub was awesome. Food was very tasty and great menu variety.

Very nice, but was disappointing that your restaurant was closed on Wednesday and zthursfsys (the day we came) because of staff shortages and when it was open on Friday, it wasn’t open for breakfast… it opened at 11:30!

The motel is very central, and there were a few great places to eat. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn’t notice when booking was there was no fridge or microwave in our room. We had an 8 foot bureau with huge drawers that could have been halved to easily accommodate a firidge and microwave in its place - just a thought if the Lodge people are listening. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again in the future.Yes a fridge would be great in those rooms and the plan is to for an upgrade to the main building at some point so we can have small fridges in all our rooms.We do have rooms in the annex with small fridges but unfortunately none of our rooms have microwaves. Wish the restaurant & bar were open
Our stay was wonderful. We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed for the first two days of our stay.
