The receptionist did not know what she was doing. We reserved and paid for 2 rooms in advanced but when we arrived, the receptionist insisted that we had only one. Even when we showed her the Expedia itinerary number, she still insisted on one room. There were 5 of us, how can we stay in one room? The day before our arrival, someone from the hotel called for confirmation of 2 rooms with 1 room with extra bed. After showing her Expedia confirmation email, she gave us another room (with hesitation).
