Bueno pero ruidoso
El hotel está bien. Los cuartos igual, limpio y cómodos. Lo que si no me gusto es que se escucha todo el ruido de afuera. Hay un freeway junto y es muy ruidoso y las ventanas son muy delgadas, lo que dificulta dormir. Pero aún así, con unos tapones de oído puedes dormir, pero no se debe olvidar llevarlos. Es más, creo que el hotel debería ofrecerlos a los huéspedes. No obstante, si volvería a hospedarme. Ya que el downtown de Ñapa no está lejos en coche si es que se quiere ir ahí, lo cual no es un must.

Estimada Erendria, Lamentamos saber que su estadía con nosotros no cumplió con sus expectativas. Le aseguramos que aunque compartimos el estacionamiento con el restaurante a un lado de nosotros, si tenemos suficiente estacionamiento para todos nuestros huéspedes. En cuanto a la limpieza del cuarto, nos disculpamos profundamente si no se le informó durante el proceso de registración. Desafortunadamente no estamos ofreciendo limpieza diaria; en un esfuerzo por mantener a nuestro personal y huéspedes lo más seguros posible, tratamos de limitar el tiempo que nuestro personal pasa en las habitaciones de los huéspedes que se quedan más de 1 día. Con eso compartido, nos gustaría dejarle saber que siempre tenemos toallas limpias disponibles para esos huéspedes. Nuestro personal de recepción está disponible las 24 horas del día para proporcionar toallas limpias y otros artículos de tocador según sea necesario. Esperamos que en su próxima visita al Valle de Napa considere quedarse con nosotros nuevamente. Sinceramente, El Equipo Ejecutivo de Napa Winery Inn

Hotel rooms had horrible sliding barn door style that had a gap so u could see into bathroom, didn’t look the door locked. They were renovating outside property, it was noisy, entries blocked off. You couldn’t use pool or spend time outside in that area. There was nothing mentioned about this on Expedia site. Otherwise the hotel was clean, looked like it was reno’d Inside, lots of parking, close to I 29 to go to the wineries...breakfast was just “ok”. Would still recommend, Reno’s won’t last forever👍

Hôtel bien située. Par contre, senteur d’égout dans toute la chambre. La mauvaise odeur avait été masquée à notre arrivée (la femme de ménage avait fermé le bouchon de l’évier). Une fois le bouchon ouvert, une odeur très très désagréable s’est propagée dans toute la chambre.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. However there was a major exterior renovation going on and that took away from ease of parking. If i had known about the renovation i would have made other accomidations.

The property is undergoing a major renovation but it didn't affect our stay. Close to downtown Napa and wineries. Staff is excellent. Rooms are modern, large and comfortable with updated bathrooms and furniture that support all electronics. Great value and pet friendly. Will stay again next time and highly recommend to others.

The rooms were cute and quiet. Staff were friendly. The only complaint was that the coffee was always empty. In their defense they had workers working on improving the property and they were continually helping themselves. A kind gesture but impossible to keep up with.

The staff was very sweet and comfortable. The place was certainly nice, though they were redoing the entry. The road is close and was loud in the room, but especially close to the pool. It wasn’t a problem, just not as nice as I’d hoped to provide for my visitors. It was a great price for the area and more than decent!

The hotel interior looked like it had been renovated and the room we stayed in was really nice and clean. Complementary breakfast was mediocre. It’s located next to the freeway but it was quiet in the room. We would stay here again next time we come to the Napa valley.

The room was well kept in the bathroom is great, but the mattress is a bit stiff and uncomfortable, and the room across from us was throwing a really loud party with yelling every time anyone open the door past 10 PM. The staff was great about getting them to quiet down, but it kind of felt like a college student hotel as a result.
