Amazingly beautiful and historic property with lovely and helpful management. So historic outside and very modern and clean inside. Diego was incredibly helpful and every aspect of this unique hotel was memorable! Highly recommend and hope to stay there again in the future. Easy to walk around or take the metro from there as well.

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was a beautiful oasis for us to rest and rejuvenate. Our host was kind, informative, and very hospitable. The breakfasts were delicious and the little bar was lovely with some delicious wine and beer. An excellent location right by the subway and walking distance to museums and fun.

We had an amazing stay at La Gatta Cenerentola Rooms. The location was ideal. It was in the historic Palazzo del Forno right in the heart of Old Napoli. It was close to a metro station and walking distance to restaurants, museums, and sights. The room we had was spacious, quiet, and clean. Diego was an excellent host, making sure we were welcomed when we checked in and sent off with a heart breakfast even if we checked out at 7:00 am! We will book it again when we come back to Napoli.

Everything about this boutique hotel is wonderful. Itā€™s spacious, clean, has a fresh and inviting decor, has an amazing daily breakfast, is close to public transport and is easy to get to anywhere you want to explore in Naples. This hotel is a calm oasis amongst the wonderful streets of Naples. Our host, Diego was amazing, and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent property in a vibrant area . Diego is a wonderful host helpful and very knowledgeable about the wonderful city of Naples. The rooms are very spacious and clean. In a good central area for getting to all the main attractions. The people who live near are friendly and helpful too .

This place was better than described. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Loved the little balcony that gave me a birdā€™s eye view of the locals and gave my stay a very authentic feel. So many restaurants and stores nearby and a VERY short walk to the metro. I was able to take a day trip to Pompeii and to Rome via the trains. Diego was extremely attentive and there was breakfast available every morning. Beautiful setup. My room was cleaned every day. Thereā€™s a lot of hustle and bustle outside the building but when youā€™re inside, itā€™s very quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return, but Iā€™ll bring my daughter along to enjoy the experience.

This stay was hands down the best my wife and I had during our travels through Europe. Diego was super friendly, helpful, kind, and made the stay care free. The rooms are huge, well decorated, and modern. Location was only a few blocks from the train station, 10min walk to the archeological museum, and 1min walk from the best pizza Iā€™ve ever had. Best value for the money. Thank you Diego!

Diego helped make our stay in Naples(Napoli) stress free. He was so warm, accommodating and welcoming. He waited for us to arrive, carried our bags, provided us with an iron when asked, have us so much advice and good conversation, then served us a beautiful and filling breakfast with his wife. He was a true gentleman of hospitality. The location was very easy from the station, and doors were easy to access. The B&B is so modern, chic and very clean! We did not know what to expect for our first trip, but it was everything we could have dreamed of. Thank you so much Diego so such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to visit again!

Outstanding b&b in old Neapolitan building. Diego is a great host, giving lots of information on what to see and local restaurants. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were finished to a high quality. Diego also arranged our taxi for a very early flight which was a great help. Would definitely recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist grossartig und vom Herzen zu empfehlen! Die Lage ist top, die U Bahn ist in der NƤhe ( max. 10 -15 Minuten zu Fuss). Zum Flughafen sind wir mit Taxi ca. 20 Minuten gefahren, das geht schnell. Diego ist ein toller, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Jeden Morgen gab es ein tolles FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck mit frischem Kaffee, Croissants, Obst, Marmelade und frisch zubereitete Omelette! Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. We stayed here for 4 days. I was amazed at the cleanliness, wonderful service and beautifully designed room. We went to the breakfast room and were served amazing food. Its within walking distance to the metro. I would stay here agin for sure. Great pizza place 5 minutes down the road.

I highly recommend this property! The host is kind and helpful, the room is spacious and comfortable bed. There is a lovely breakfast room with included breakfast. There is also coffee, tea, beverages and wine available 24 hours for a small fee. The decor is fantastic with so many small details. A short 3 minute walk to the Metro which connects you to the main train station. A 10 minute walk to the Archaeological Museum, which I highly recommend. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed. Fantastic property.

Don't judge a book by its cover, be delighted! When we pulled up outside La Gatta, we couldn't tell what it was like as it is hidden behind huge closed doors in a 300 year old building. Diego met us downstairs. There is a lift - great for those like us with big luggage. What are great about La Gatta is - Diego is an excellent host. Readily available, with good explanations of key sights, list of eateries within 4 to 20 min walk and contactable via whatsapp outside of day hours. We stayed there for 3 nights. - Breakfast is fresh and delicious. - Room is very big for a city room. Very comfortable, modern with cleaning every day. Brightly lit. Even though it is a 300 yr old building, Diego completely renovated the whole space to be modern, brightly lit and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Relatively quiet. - Metro Mater Dei is very near via walking - Starlita, a famous 100+ year old family owned pizzeria has DELICIOUS pizza for only 6.50 to 12 euros per pizza. Authentic Napoli pizza. Popular with Italians. Only 100m from La Gatta. We ate there twice. - 15 min walking distance to historical centre including the excellent National Archaeological Museum with Pompeii items, famous Farnese marble statues and Egyptian mummies. - Very local Napoli feel. This is NOT in the tourist district but a very local neighbourhood. This may not suit you if you want to be right next to lots of shops and lots of big restaurants. You will like it if you like experiencing local.

Artistic nature of the hotel helps a lot with the comfort. Also add the amazing smell to that, which is created by the high quality air freshners. This is an important factor as usually hotel rooms has this typical rather not so pleasent smell, if they don't smell old and bad. Speak of that, hotel has a very new feeling to it inside and very old outside and this contrast, enhances the comfort feeling. Each room, lobby & the dinary has their own themes which immediately shows the amount of attention, compared to staying in a chain hotel with standard boring rooms. Furniture has been chosen with attention to details. Free Netflix on TVs.Bed is nice & firm, no bugs! Bathroom is nice and modern, airy & no sign of black mold, which such mold actually is quite common in many places. Diego & his wife are super friendly, they were very happy to help the guests.He personally wlcomed me as I had to do a very late check-in which not many places offer. I saw him caring about every guest the same. The locking system makes the hotel very safe. Mini bar is the next level.Usually in hotels, mini bars are a way of taking advantage.But here, the prices are the same as a super market and it's based on trust, they didn't even charge me for few things I had drink.Hotel location is great, I managed to walk to all town attractions, yet train station is less than 2mins away if you wanna go even further.If you stay in a hotel closer to centre, it will be too noisy. Materdei is an instersting street.
