Clean and Exactly as Described

The house was lovely, the backyard was not fully fenced for a dog (so be aware if that is important to you) but otherwise everything was great.

Great house

The house is exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for our party of 4. Loved sitting out on the lanai by the pool after grilling dinners. The only negative thing we saw was the toaster kept smoking while using so we had to use it on the porch as to not set the fire alarm off.

Naples Vacay

Overall the property worked well for us. Just beware, if you are staying at this property you will need to bring/buy trash bags, toilet paper, laundry soap and dishwashing soap. They only left one or two of each and when you have a family of 10 that stay for several days you will run out of everything. Also, there is NOT a mattress in the master bedroom fold out couch. So the house really does not accommodate for 10 people. Luckily some of the family drove and brought a blow mattress with them. The bedrooms do get hot at night if you close the doors especially the front one. Even with these issues, we enjoyed our stay and made great family memories.

Family visit

Perfect location for my family near my brothers home. Used mainly for a place to sleep but accommodations were very suitable. Master shower did not work but there were 2 other bathrooms available. Would definitely rent here again for proximity near family. Garage was a playroom with ping pong table but it was way too hot in garage. Fan in garage would have been nice.

Great Stay

Great location. Great home for a family. Close to everything. We used all 3 bedrooms plus the two pullouts. Nice how buggy and chairs etc were supplied for hitting the beach. Lots of seating on the lanai and very nice pool.

Nice Getaway

First and foremost, Mike was a fabulous host! Very responsive with info on check-in and check-out process. We had our adult children and granddaughter with us for a couple of days attending our nephew’s wedding. Perfect layout/floor plan! We enjoyed ping pong and the bikes. The outdoor patio is great. The outdoor area could use just a little tlc if we were staying longer.

Great Home - Read Review

To start, the Mike Z team was excellent! The home was very cozy, clean and a great location. The reason we gave it 4 stars is because the A/C temp is regulated, 74 Deg. F. is the lowest allowable temp, which is not very effective when it's 100 Degrees outside. To make things worse, only the living room fan worked; none of the bedroom fans were functioning. Other than that, we had a great time.

Wonderful Relaxing Property

Wonderful property with great amenities. Loved having the pool in an enclosed lanai with an amazing banyan tree in the enclosed backyard providing both shade and beauty. We had a couple questions about the property upon check in that were answered almost immediately by the property managers. Would love to stay again and will definitely be our first choice when we are back in the area.

Enjoyed a family vacation to Naples and the house was perfect for us and our 3 kids. We cooked a lot and the house was well equipped. Kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Thanks for a great time.

Wonderful Stay - Awesome House

The home was absolutely perfect. It was set up with everything we could ever imagine for a fun weekend with 4 kids (pool toys, beach accessories, ping pong, bikes, games and more). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels for the beach and the pool. The grill worked great and there was such a great hang out area in the enclosed patio. We had a blast. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

Overall, great stay! We did have a couple issues, communicated them, but did not receive help. Lock pad did not work consistently. We could not locate extra pillows (the house info said they would be available in certain locations and they were not). The house is beautiful. Layout was perfect for us. The kids had a BLAST in the heated pool. Overall, great. Just a small communication issue.

Everything’s very good, clean and beautiful

We loved that we were able to get a funny Pool, the grill, enough of beds for all of us, the decoration, the location and all the appliances that were at the house that were very helpful to us. Everything was very clean and funny. The check in and check out was easy. We loved our stay and would repeat this trip and recommend the house for other people too! Thank you so much! The only thing we needed were more blankets for some of us at the folding beds. Thank you so much for everything!
