Muy buena opción para alojarse en Nápoles
Pequeño y muy cómodo hotel, ubicado en zona no céntrica pero con transporte público muy cercano. Buen desayuno, variado (algo pequeña la zona de desayuno, pero confortable). Muy amable el personal. La habitación muy cómoda, y poco movimiento en la zona, tranquila.

El hotel es correcto . Está muy bien situado para acceder cómodamente a todos los sitios de interés. Pero el desayuno debe ser mejorado

Un hotel muy cerca del centro de Nápoles, del puerto y de una estación de metro. No es difícil acceder a él. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones recién renovadas y limpias. Muy buena calidad a cambio del precio.

No es un hotel 3 estrellas
Tiene su punto estrategico porque está cerca de los lugares turisticos de Napoles, pero el sector donde se ubica es un poco oscuro de noche, dando un poco de susto. Su personal fue amable y atendía a nuestros requerimientos. La habitacion no muy confortable, le hace falta cambiar los colchones por algo mas cómodo, como tambien reparar el baño, por lo que no alcanza a un hotel 3 estrellas, con suerte da para una.

Struttura consigliatissima, si trova a circa 800 metri a piedi dai Quartieri Spagnoli,e a 100 metri dalla Metro, il quartiere tutto sommato é in buone condizioni, se si viene in auto ci sono parcheggi privati circostanti(leggermente cari)o strisce blu. L'hotel si trova al primo piano con ascensore,le camere sono tutte nuove,probabilmente ristrutturato quest'anno,Colazione al buffet,personale molto gentile e a disposizione!

Gentile Joao, siamo dispiaciuti per la sua valutazione, probabilmente le sue aspettative erano altre, tuttavia in futuro la invito a controllare i dettagli e soprattutto le foto che ben evidenziano la struttura, inoltre come anticipato durante il suo soggiorno la struttura è sita in posizione strategica e centralissima ma possiamo comprendere che non conosce bene la nostra città.Ad ogni modo, per noi le critiche sono spunto per migliorare sempre.La ringrazio e la saluto cordialmente.

Hotel semplice ma funzionale
Hotel centrale, pulito, camera piuttosto spaziosa, personale cordiale. Un po' vecchio nell'arredo, ma in linea con l'offerta.

highly recommend
Highly recommend, very good location in Naples centre, - in walking distance to Old Town, Quartieri Spagnoli and via Toledo. Shops and port are nearby as well. Rooms very clean and spacious enough. Breakfast rather poor but didn't expect anything more in Italy :)

En liten anonym port leder in till detta mycket lilla enkla charmiga hotell. Svårt att hitta till om man inte vet om detta. Rent och fräscht men med en del skavanker här och där. Inte mycket till wi-fi att tala om (långsamt och oberäkneligt). Trevlig serviceminded personal och bra centralt läge mitt emellan det komersiella och det historsiska centrumen. Priset drar ner på betyget, jag tycker inte 1300 kr/rum/natt är rimligt för denna klass av hotell. 700 kr/natt så hade det blivit nära toppbetyg.

Cheap- but cheap.
Room had a broken toilet- constantly dripping and the stitch was half off the wall. The shower only had one door so water goes all over the floor making it slippery. No Signage outside so very very hard to find. Walls are like paper- people check in and it is like they are next to you.

Small room with the amenities you would expect for the price. Was a bit difficult to find (the flags on the building could be updated), but for our purpose of travelling and only passing through Naples, this was perfect.

Nice clean room and helpful staff Small type facility with only a few rooms on one of the upper floors of an old building in a good location near the historical district. A bit difficult to find and looks more like a warehouse from the outside, but once on the floor, it was quaint and nice.

For the price this hotel is good especially because it’s location. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, they could gain better reviews if they would include a small detail in their rooms such as a bottle of water or a couple of glasses. Otherwise it was good.

Small hotel in central Naples. Metro connection close by. A bit hard to find on a side street - marked only on bell at front door. Adequate room but rather small. Wifi connection ok. A reasonable budget option.

Altes Hotel mit top Lage, nichts für Ansprüche
Altes Hotel, Bett hat mir ziemliche Schmerzen bereitet. Zimmer war ziemlich ungemütlich und kalt. Bad sehr klein und die Dusche war schon sehr marode. Das Personal ist zu loben, diese waren immer freundlich. Frühstück auch ziemlich gut für italienische Verhältnisse (super frische Croissants und Kaffee). Für 3 Sterne wahrscheinlich zu viel erwartet

Il problema non è l albergo ma voi in quanto sono stato truffato prima di prenotare nell offerta la colazione era inclusa e dopo aver effettuato il pagamento con la carta non era più compresa. Mi riserverò di tutelarmi per quanto avvenuto nei modi più appropriati per evitare anche che succeda ad altri.

Gut und günstig nahe der Altstadt
Das Hotel das erste mal zu finden, war nicht ganz so leicht, liegt es doch relativ versteckt. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich, das Zimmer wider Erwarten sehr geräumig. Es war funktionell eingerichtet aber sauber und im guten Zustand. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und die Lage ist wirklich gut. In die Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg.

This gem of a hotel was hidden in the back streets of Napoli and close to the local marina and Metro station. A great location for exploring the city, hotel Schilizzi was comfortable, clean and the staff were extremely helpful.

O quarto era adequado, mas o banheiro muito ruim (ficamos no quarto para pessoas com deficiência, porém não justificava os problemas encontrados no banheiro. O assento do vaso é pequeno, então você senta e cai para o lado, precisa ficar se equilibrando para nao ficar "caindo". A ducha estava com o suporte quebrado, então, ou você segurava o sabonete ou você segurava a ducha...uma trabalheira. O café da manhã típico da região. Todos os atendentes foram muito atenciosos, mas penso que o proprietários poderia rever alguns detalhes para melhorar as condições de uso do banheiro.

Hôtel agréable proche de tout
Bonne adresse proche de lieux stratégiques, placé en retrait par rapport aux grands axes. Même si la vie à Naples est intense, le soir les rues sont relativement calmes. A pied, on peut se rendre rapidement à tout les lieux de vie.

It is a friendly hotel but not finished rooms have pips stinking out bead that squeak plumbing that whistles and very noisy .Ho and almost impossible to find.

Hotel bien situé, personnel très aimable
A recommander pour la situation (près du métro universita et à 500m de Toledo/Dante) et l'amabilité du personnel qui parle français et anglais, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables. Possibilité de réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport avec un prix négocié à 20 euros.

Great location, horrible hotel
This hotel is in a great location but that's about it. The room is a good size, but it looks barren and sad. Nothing on the walls, a tiny TV (pretty sure it was a computer monitor), no channels in English either, it didn't even have HDMI inputs, that's how we stream when our entertainment is limited. Our window didn't shut and latch so we heard street noise, especially great at 6am Saturday morning with construction near. The shutters were missing a few slats and there were no shades or curtains so the room was bright and sunny early in the morning. The wifi was the only saving grace of the room, lightning fast! The bed was a bit firm, we only had sheets, no comforter, but I guess since the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat it was ok. Both days we had little to no hot water, the first day was due to light switch that happens to turn off the hot water heater being flipped, its in the bathroom next to the door, who would've known. The second day, it just ran out after a 10 minute shower, then had 30 minutes to reheat but I got about 2 minutes of hot water before it ran out. The woman that checked us in was nice, but the woman that checked us out could've cared less about our no hot water and bad stay. She was mad that we paid the €10 city tax on a credit card. The elevator costs 10 cents per use, the hotel is located in a mixed use building, so if you want to use the elevator, bring lots of change. There is a great pizza place around the corner La Campanella, check them out!

Nice staff, welcoming and flexible. The room was the one on the picture in other words and according to my tastes : «charming». It was well located (unless you come by car because it was impossible to park for less than 20 euros/day in a kind of «improvised» parking). I recommend.

Non è stata una buona esperienza, personale molto gentile ma non sufficiente a colmare il degrado della struttura, sono capitato in una stanza con bagno per disabili una scomodità assoluta essendo in 3 in famiglia dopo la prima doccia non si poteva più entrare per non parlare delle zanzare che contornavano le mura della camera alcune già spiaccicate dai precedenti ospiti. Non ci torno più
