Excelente todo! Lo mejor de Napoles! Buena cama, king size, buenas sabanas, toallas. Todo impecable. Nos tocó la habitación 2. La habitación divina tal cual las fotos. Ascensor, limpieza, aire acondicionado, todo impecable. Nos salvó la estadía en napoles. Cerca del metro y de la estación central, también a diez o 15 minutos a pie del puerto. Excelente insonorización, las ventanas una vez cerradas no se escucha nada de afuera. Lo voy a recomendar.

el lugar es estupendo y tal como lo muestran las fotos. Esta muy bien ubicado, a solo unos minutos de los atractivos turisticos y my tranquilo para estar por la noche. El stuff muy amable y nos ayudo con cada pregunta que tuvimos. Sin duda, volveria a elegirlo como punto de hospedaje para una estadia en Napoles. Grazzie!!

La struttura presenta stanze luminose (con anche balcone) e bagni dotati di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato molto le dimensioni della doccia. Più in generale, mi è piaciuto molto lo stile degli arredi (sia in stanza sia nella reception) e devo altresì dire che l'ubicazione è ottima: io e la mia ragazza abbiamo potuto girare tranquillamente a piedi tutto il nucleo antico (a soli 5 minuti a piedi c'è Spaccanapoli); nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione, poi, la zona mi è sembrata sicura (anche di sera, infatti, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi o fastidi). Infine, un plauso al personale, in particolare al sig. Fabrizio, che è sempre rimasto a nostra disposizione: basti pensare che mi è capitato di mandargli un messaggio di domenica sera (alle ore 23) e nel giro di cinque minuti ho ricevuto la risposta che cercavo. Grazie! In definitiva, consiglio vivamente la struttura a chiunque decida di soggiornare a Napoli, per comodità (vicinissima alla stazione), ubicazione (posizione super strategica per visitare il centro), servizi (camere soddisfacenti) e per la serietà di chi la gestisce. I prezzi direi che, alla luce di queste qualità, sono più che corretti.

As advertised, this is not a hotel but a rooming house, where there are 5 suites in a common area of a building. The room itself was very nice, and the exterior door to the balcony was incredibly well insulated for sound. The interior walls were a bit thin with noise coming from adjacent rooms. The location is central to tourist spots, but the main street is very busy and noisy. The side street that the property is located on is a bit dark, and when we arrived after dark we walked right past the door as the signage could have been more prominent.

The property and management were great. The problem was the neighborhood. The area was not well lit at night. The streets were filthy with dog excrements and garbage everywhere.

Nous étions de passage pour une nuit. Suite cuorenapoletano est à conseiller. Nous sommes arrivés très tard et la procédure communiquée car il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, a parfaitement fonctionné. La chambre est parfaite et le quartier du marché est à explorer ! seul bémol sans que ce soit une critique, j'aurais aimé que la procédure nous soit communiquée un peu plus en avance. Adresse à recommander donc sans hésitations.

The room was great. Very spacious. AC worked great. There were some free water bottles in the fridge. A big shower. The bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Elevator to bring up luggage. The only sour note was they said they offer luggage storage, but the storage is just out in the open in the lobby. You do need a key to get into the lobby, so only other guests can access it, but it is still a bit unnerving to leave all your luggage out in the open there.

Very clean and nicely renovated, big very comfortable bed, lovely room with all you need for a nights sleep. A little difficult to check in, but we got instant help and guidance from the landlord so all went well.

The place is located close to station. The room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked very well. Room has a mini fridge and, thoughtfully, a water bottle were provided gratis. Beds were comfortable. We left the luggage for our day trip. The luggage was safely stored and easily accessible later for pickup. Breakfast was a voucher to a local café nearby and included a hot drink and croissant or equivalent. Overall a excellent experience.

La struttura è veramente in ottime condizioni, pulita, situata in una zona centrale, comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni principali della città, a piedi o con i mezzi. Il titolare è stato molto cortese e ci ha consigliato cosa visitare. Il bar dove fare colazione si trova a pochi metri dalla struttura. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Beautiful guest house, with super-friendly, helpful staff. The room was excellent - spacious and super clean. The location is handy for train and bus links, and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by.

Super séjour, parfait pour visiter Naples !
Super emplacement pour visiter Naples. Très proche de Corso Umberto I, de la piazza Garibaldi et du centre historique. La chambre est très propre, grande et calme. Si personne n’est présent à la réception tout se fait et se déroule très facilement. Nous avons eu Fabrizio sur whatsapp qui nous a envoyé toutes les indications nécessaires pour notre arrivée. Il répond très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous avons eu un petit souci d’air conditionné qui a été résolu dans la foulée. Vous pouvez laisser vos valises dans le hall d’entrée sans crainte si besoin. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un petit café à quelques pas. Un petit jus d’orange et viennoiserie en plus ne seraient pas du luxe mais on reste très contents de notre séjour dans cet établissement !

Liked the guesthouse. They were largely consistent with cleaning during our stay. The coffee shop for breakfast, we enjoyed, despite other reviews about how unpleasant the employees are. We enjoyed them, the coffee and the croissants. And, the location of the guesthouse was good.

Great accesible and clean suite
Small hotel is very accesible to restaurants, public transportation, and shops. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and clean. Building has elevator that needs coins which are given and left on reception but a 20 cent euro is needed for arrival. Owner responded quickly and accesible thru whatsap at different times. I

駅に近くて便利です。エレベーターがあるのも助かりました。当日、入室手順がメールで来ていたのですが、確認したのは入室後でした。入室方法がわからず電話したのですが、バイクに乗ってすぐにきてもらえました。駅近で多少治安の問題を気にしていましたが、問題なく、便利に滞在させていただきました。

Absolutely fantastic property. Great location and price. Only issue was no AC despite the advertising of AC. It was there but no way to turn it on even after discussing with management. This should be adjusted on the ad as it is not truly offered at the property. Everything else was amazing.

Definitely try this place
Tiziana was in touch with us before arrival to coordinate our meetup. WhatsApp was useful in communicating. The room and bath was spacious & clean. Plenty of storage room in lighted closet (had small safe). Comfortable bed & pillows. We had to ask about the A/C operation, which only works if the balcony is closed. Location can’t be beat: close the main train station, easy access to everything, safe. The best part was the room was super quiet even close to main road. Wonderful stay.
