El hotel se encuentra bien situación, tiene buen espacio de parqueadero. Tiene amplios jardines posteriores que dan buena vista. El restaurante d al jardín. El desayuno es bueno y bien atendido.

Nos trataron de maravilla. Al llegar, nos dieron una mejor habitación de la que habíamos reservado. La habitación, en la parte antigua de la Villa, es tal vez las más hermosa habitación que dormimos en todo Italia. Las paredes y techos están pintados a manos con hermosos decorados de estilo Napolitano. Los muebles son antiguos pero todos bien restaurados. Nos sentimos como en un viaje en el tiempo, al pasado Napolitano de Villas Señoriales y viñedos. Si vas a visitar Herculanum, es una perfecta opción.

Muy linda casa y buen servicio
Muy lindas instalaciones y una imponente casa! Solo falta un poco de mantenimiento en las áreas comunes donde se ve el paso del tiempo. Pero el cuarto impecable!

The hotel makes an effort and the rooms are clean with friendly staff. The town unfortunately has seen better days and not a lot to do. I recommend staying in a different area.

Kun verdt det om du bestiller suite
Selve hotellbygget har en gang vært en pen villa, og suitene er sikkert fine å bo i. Bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold og møter ikke kriteriene for et 4-stjerners hotell. Bassengområdet var ok. Vi hadde et rom i sidebygget, med liten veranda mot parkeringen. Standardrommene har svært enkel standard, og aircondition funket såvidt og bråkte så vanvittig at det ikke var mulig å sove med den på. Ble derfor veldig varmt og ubehagelig om natten. Dårlig lydisolert, slik at vi hørte naboene prate og trafikken utenfor godt. Våknet også av at kattene på området sloss om natten. Dårlig rengjort i hjørnene på badet og toalettbørsten var nasty. Frokosten var av det enkle slaget og ingen ting å skryte av. Brødet var hardt som stein og virket som rester etter det de serverer til middagen dagen før. Vi spiste middag på hotellet da vi kom og begge ble matforgiftet. Personalet var hjelpsomme, men flere av de ansatte virket uerfarne og ikke alle var like vennlige. Området rundt hotellet er ikke noe særlig, men det er kort vei til togstasjonen og greit med parkeringer på området dersom man kommer med bil.

Ikke tilfredsstillende 4 stjernet hotel
Hotellet er smukt dog mangler det en ordentlig opgradering ift 4 stjerner. Morgenbuffet var ikke særlig godt. Det manglede forskellige tilbehør og charme end den samme skinke og ost. Ingen rigtige frugter på hotellet. Rengøring af værelserne var ikke det bedste. Værelserne lugtede af gammel kælder og der var spindelvæv flere steder. Pool stedet var godt men meget børnevenlige pool hvor børn kan larme. Alt i alt ikke et 4 stjernet ift til standard og stil.

There was nothing particularly wrong with this place. However it is not 4 Star hotel. Place is very tired from the grounds around the place to the room we were given. Breakfast was OK, eggs and bacon were lukewarm when we got there every day and I didn’t feel comfortable asking for a second coffee because it wasn’t self service. I guess price point should have been an indication. On positive note place is very close to Herculenium, 12 min walk to the train station for Napoli or Salerno in the other direction. Staff were all nice enough but nothing special.

Looks good on the outside.
The ambience of this place is phenomenal. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly. The registration desk staff were helpful most of the time. There was a mosquito and bug problem! My sister had over 20 bites on her forehead and we were only there two days. When we mentioned the mosquitoes, the desk clerk just shrugged his shoulders.

I am sure it used be a luxurious place to stay but this hotel needs some update. No instruction for how to get into the property to park our car. There was no porter to carry our bags so we carried our bags to follow Tue hotel manager to get to our room. Very spacious room but the mattress was sagging and not much water pressure for the shower. Our room had too many mosquitoes that we had to ask the hotel to give us a different room. Breakfast was decent.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. About a 10 minute walk to train into Naples. Went to Naples daily so it was total about 45 minute commute with train and walking. Hotel was clean and staff amazing. We took trips which left from Naples at 8:00 am a couple of days and staff made sure we had something to eat in the morning even thou we had to leave before breakfast each day. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Portici. Il contesto esterno non è molto bello e la zona non sembra delle migliori. In compenso la struttura è molto bella ed il personale è gentile. Le camere ricavate dal sottotetto sono poco spaziose e necessiterebbero di un po' di manutenzione. Un po' più di pulizia negli spazi comuni diversi dalla reception sarebbe necessaria. La colazione è ricca sia di dolci che salati. Molto comodo il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo.

Beautiful old villa with beautiful grounds. Staff were all fantastic and helpful. The restaurant food was so good and outdoor seating was nice. Our suite was huge. The furniture is old to match the times. Found it charming.

This place is beautiful. The staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful. I had a problem with the TV, and it was quickly solved. The WI-FI was very spotty; however, it was a moderate problem as we were too tired to do anything. The spotty WI-FI can be a problem, especially when planning what to do. Finally, I am transgender, and one very positive side of this place is that I felt safe, and there was no misgendering.

Oppholdet her var ikke verdt pengene. Det var ett barnebesøk i hagen ,som varte i 7 timer så det var hyling og bråk hele tiden. Det var heller ingen andre steder man kunne oppholde seg ute i fred. Man kunne være med bassenget til 19.00 men etter det fikk man ikke være rundt det området å sitte heller. Spiste helt ok mat men fikk pasta med knust skjell biter som knaste i tennene. Fikk heller ikke avslag da jeg klagde på dette. Service var dårlig , vi prøvde bestille en pizza til å ha på rommet om kvelden men det fikk vi ikke lov til . Tok ett bad i boblebadekaret men oppdaget når jeg lå nedi at det kom svarte skitne korn ut av dysene. Da vi sjekket ut tidlig på morgenen sov nattevakten og han endte opp med å ta betaling fra ett annet rom og kunne ikke ordne det tilbake. Håper jeg en gang får de pengene tilbake men har mine tvil. Dette var stor skuffelse

Staff here are very friendly and professional they will help and do anything for you.the buffet breakfast was good with a good choice of food and drink.the menu for lunch and evening meal doesn't change and can become very boring.the rooms are very clean and cleaned daily.the style of the rooms are very historical to represent the buildings purpose from centuries ago and can feel a bit eerie if you dont like that kind of thing!Although you have everything you need in there except a kettle or iron.there is absolutely nothing going on at night here.if you like having a couple of drinks at the reception bar with no-one around then go to bed at 10 o'clock then this is for you! The grounds at the back are very nice,quiet and well maintained.the pool is clean and again always quiet. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from this hotel if you want a meal or drink out

Wow - a palace!
The villa is more like a palace and they upgraded us to the grandest “room” I have ever experienced. Beautiful grounds too!
