The House can be rented entirily, the two floors so there will be 4 bedrooms in total with 2 bathrooms, or it can be rented just the first floor which has 3 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, dinning room and terrace. The house has beatifull gardens, a big parking area, large pool with a convenient Ranchito for your BBQ. There are several attractions close from the House; Los Campesinos Nature Reserve, Tocori Reserve, Las Esquipulas Birdwatching, Los Cotos River, Naranjo River, all of them just a few minutes by car.
We recommend that you bring a vehicule to the House for transportation.
The Countryside House has maintainance staff that goes to the house every day to do maitanance, cleaning the swimming pool and the gardens daily.
