Quite. Beautiful place. Loved the heated pool. We were able to swim in April. Watched the sunset on the Sunset Deck and watched the sunrise the following morning, a very short walk to the rocky beach.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the daily breakfast was delicious. My room was very comfortable, and I loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

Have been before..under new & much better management/ rooms , lobby & off season bar/ restaurant pleasant with view of steaming pool. Gracious greeting for us and a guest ( mentiioned 2 birthdays & perhaps as also return guests were "comped" our cocktail w a chat w delightful bartender/server ..3 of us RI "natives) before heading out to dinner @ CG House Lovely buffet brkfst at chosen time in am/ another lovely server!

Beautiful rooms that were perfect for one of the rainy days. The neat fireplaces heated up the room well and made for a very cozy and nice day in. The whole property was clean and all of the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We were pleased with our weekend stay. This was my second year celebrating my birthday at The Break. We love that it is extremely clean, and the staff is amazing. The evening cookies was such a treat for us. We enjoyed ever moment of our time away. We were also incredibly impressed with the breakfast that they provided as well. We look forward to our stay again next year!!

This property has a very cool, beach vibe. The rooms are well appointed and spacious, the staff is friendly and accommodating and the it are two dining options on this boutique hotel property. We were here when the rooftop bar/restaurant was closed, but that is a great spot to have a drink and watch the sunset in warmer weather. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at The Break. Such a lovely staff and the food is wonderful. We were disappointed that the rooftop restaurant was closed to guests. It was one of the reasons we wanted to return to the property and were surprised to hear it was closed.

Good Morning Blythe, Thank you for the review. We appreciate it. The rooftop is closed due to the off season and staffing. We still allow guests to check out the rooftop, but we have our dining room open downstairs to accommodate our guests for dinner during our slower months. Hope to see you back soon.

Very nice employees. Very clean and attractive room. The exercise room is too small. It needs a treadmill too. The cookie jar needs to be filled. Perhaps a vending machine on the property would be useful. All in all it's a good place.

Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback. As you are aware for the workout room size we fit quite a bit in it, a peloton bike, weights, trx bands and mats. The cookie jar gets filled everyday by 6pm. We will monitor it more closely, to be sure there is a enough for everyone.Have a wonderful winter season, look forward to seeing you again.

Great opportunity to get away. Bonus was the spa that is at the facility. Enjoyed a wonderful couples massage to start our stay. Great view from the room and heated outdoor pool! Included breakfast was delicious with many options.

Definitely worth the stay
From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted with a very kind receptionist. When we got to the room it was very clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable especially the pillows.The shower was big with a nice size rainshower. I loved the fact the room had a fireplace, single cup keurig machine,small fridge and safe.Before we went to bed we decided to check out the rooftop restaurant. I'm sure glad we did. We weren't able to go outside so we ate indoors due to rain.The bartender and waitress were really nice and the food was great. We got portuguese clam cakes and calamari. The bartender mentioned how we could have free baked cookies by the microwave in the hallways. Wow they were really good. Unfortunately we didnt try the heated indoor pool or the breakfast. We had to leave early for my husbands surgery but the nice receptionist gave me pastries the nite before so I could eat something before heading to the hospital. It truly meant alot. We loved everyone and everything. We highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back when we're in the area.

Don’t stay anywhere else
This is a GORGEOUS hotel!! Room was so comfortable and we ESPECIALLY loved that there were separate thermostats for bedroom and bathroom! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! We would NEVER stay anywhere else in the area! Free parking also a plus.

Staff and hotel was great! Food on site needs improvement and pillows are very stiff. I’d stay there again just request different pillows or bring one and dine off site. Bar tenders are also lovely and the observation decks relaxing

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Luxury accommodations without an uptight feel. The management has thought of everything for a comfortable stay. I regret I was only there for a quick stay. Got in late and left early for the Block Island ferry. I am taking my husband back for another visit I loved it that much!
