The property was physically as described and was perfect for our long weekend. Unfortunately, the air conditioning either was not set properly or could not keep up. The humid conditions and lack of air circulation made the smell of past pet guests somewhat overwhelming. We couldn't open the window and no air freshener was available. It was inescapable. Note that we did not communicate this to the owners until after our stay, as we were able to do what we wanted to do in Nashville without this being a deal-breaker. Contrary to the listing description, no coffee was provided. Check in time was confusing--the listing said 3pm but the owner said 4pm. Overall, it served our purpose but we will not likely stay again. The dogs loved the absolutely wonderful fenced in yard and this made it worth our stay. Also, check-out instructions were minimal and a plus. However, the smell was too overwhelming to consider it again. We communicated all of this to the rental property before posting here, but did not hear back and they have not posted our review to their website.
