Estudio loft privado, totalmente amueblado con entrada privada en el histórico y moderno East Nashville. A poca distancia a pie hay cafeterías locales, opciones de entretenimiento y restaurantes galardonados. Estamos a .5 millas de Five Points, 1. 7 millas del estadio Nissan y 2. 2 millas del centro y Broadway. Una espera de 3 a 4 minutos para un Uber es aproximadamente el promedio con tarifas económicas a destinos populares. Hay tiendas de comestibles y una farmacia a una cuadra de distancia. Ciertamente no necesitarás tu propio viaje mientras estés aquí. El vecindario es completamente seguro, con mucho tráfico peatonal y vecinos increíbles. We had a wonderful stay here in this private loft. The place was perfect for two people with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all of the amenities, and a full bathroom. It was super cute and quiet! The owners were amazing and had many great tips about exploring Nashville. Highly recommend staying at this place on your next trip to Nashville!

Beautiful town and so convenient for walking.

We had such an amazing weekend stay. The owners were amazing and so easy to get in touch with even before the trip. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we are back in town. They had a binder to tell us everything we needed to know even had a list of food recommendations in it as well. We had zero issues and the place was spotless when we checked in. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Ten year anniversary

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend and it was a great location and comfortable amenities. We lived in a neighborhood nearby about fifteen years ago and it was fun to walk around east Nashville and see how it has grown. I highly recommend this location for a little getaway!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed at Donna's place before and we absolutely love it! It's convenient to everything close to Downtown Nashville and the cleanliness of this location is spotless as always! We definitely recommend staying here in the future!

Excellent Place to Stay in Nashville!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location offers easy and quick access to downtown hot spots, as well as the Fairgrounds, and major interstates. The rental is located above a garage in the back yard of a really cool bungalow in a neat area of Nashville. We felt secure as there is a gate with a code allowing you access to the rental, as well as a code on the door. The rental was incredibly clean and cozy. There are stairs to access the rental in case that is an issue for anyone. Parking is on the street, but we had no problems finding a spot to park. There is a Kroger and other local places to eat and get a drink close to the rental. This location was perfect for two of us, and we would absolutely rent it again for our next trip to Nashville:)

Another great experience

This is my second year staying at this property and had another wonderful experience! It was a little chilly when I arrived in Nashville but the studio was nice and cozy warm! The studio was very clean and had all the things I needed. The location for me is perfect! Right around the corner from my daughter’s, Hannah Bee’s for coffe, Walgreens and two grocery stores on one end and on the other an awesome selection of restaurants.

We loved our get away in Nashville and this Loft was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, in a great location and had everything that we needed. Very clean. A very short drive to Nissan Stadium and the pedestrian bridge to Broadway. Plus, food and drink are about a 5 minute walk up the street!

Wonderful Property

The hosts are wonderful people. The property is very clean and separated from the main home. Lots of plants and a couple cats that are so sweet and loving roam outside. The area is nice and a Lyft is always close. Average 8-10 dollars to get to broadway from this property. Will use this place again a recommend to friends!
