Gorgeous weather rivaled live music daily. Visit the outskirts by car. Walk downtown…Uber back. Clean. Comfortable. If I end up back in Nashville, I’m staying here again!

We just stayed the night to attend a concert. The location is very convenient to walk anywhere in Germantown. The rental was extremely clean and communication with the owner to coordinate parking and key codes couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

The property is so close to downtown Nashville. It was spotless clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and safe. The property owner was wonderful and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a Nashville get-away. We can't wait to stay again.

My son and I stayed here for a couple weeks as we got him settled into Nashville. The location was great and the it was fun walking to the local bars and coffee shops. The hosts were great and the unit was perfect.

It was an awesome property for a Nashville visit. The hosts were wonderful and responsive from the beginning through the end. Great spot to go for a weekend or more when you visit. The vinyl player/selection was the perfect backdrop to enjoy the down time with. Appreciate the stay very much and will definitely be back again :)

Absolutely loved my stay at this adorable VRBO! The place was immaculately clean and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat. It fit the 2 of us comfortably for a couple nights. We were able to communicate easily to get questions answered. Parking seemed tricky but my car was fine on the main road parked each night. It was a quick 10min drive to downtown and in a nice little area. Definitely would stay again on our next visit!
