It has always been important to us to respond and make sure our guests have a positive stay with us and that is why we have such great reviews! There are always two sides to a story. We did respond quickly with a call back and then walked the guest and her father through all the easy steps to reset the breaker. When I returned just after they checked out I found nothing wrong with the connection. It appears they were successful in correcting the problem. Its unfortunate they did not realize it was fixed.

The owner knocked on the door multiple times? My husband usually stops in if he has time to welcome our guests and to make sure they have everything they need, our guests appreciate this. In this day of age that is a rare occurrence.

This guest is a VRBO owner? They should know the policies clearly state on the site, "Important information You need to know" Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy." We gave this guest this information and explained our policy clearly. As a kindness we gave a refund. They should also know each VRBO owner has their own "to do" list expected on departure as part of maintaining their home.

Tami we are so glad you enjoyed your visit with us and we will be glad to see you on your return visit. We have others that come earch year. We've made some dear freinds through the years.
