Booked this apartment for a last minute trip to Nashville with family. The location is just outside of downtown, only about a $10 Uber, and the neighborhood felt safe.
When we arrived, our door code didn’t work. I called the property manager and within a few minutes, they had a new code for us and we were able to enter. A little hiccup, but we appreciated the quick fix.
Our main issue was with the sleeping accommodations. The page advertises three beds, which were all accounted for: a queen bed in the bedroom, and a full and twin in the living room. However, there were no extra blankets. So there were beds, but only a set of sheets and one pillow for the two beds in the living room. I reached out to the property manager and they said they would contact their cleaner, but we never received blankets. Thankfully, we have friends nearby and borrowed some blankets from them, but this was disappointing. The air mattress also did not hold air well and was halfway deflated by each morning.
Overall, the apartment was very clean, we felt very safe, and appreciated getting away from the chaos of downtown to the quiet neighborhood.
We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
