Spacious apartment, but be mindful of the fine print
The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and matches the photos—no surprises there. It’s about a 10-minute drive from downtown, which is convenient if you have a car or Uber.However, the check-in and check-out policy is quite strict. Check-in isn’t until 4 PM, and you’re expected to be out by 10 AM sharp. That’s a 6-hour turnover window, which feels a bit excessive. Early check-in requests will be denied, and there’s a 25 charge for each additional hour past check-out—something to keep in mind when planning your stay.The neighborhood is a little sketchy, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend walking around after dark. Also, there are no grocery stores within walking distance, so if you’re planning to pick up breakfast items or essentials, you’ll likely need to drive downtown.Overall, it’s a good stay if you’re okay with the rigid rules. A little more flexibility would definitely improve the guest experience.
