The initial stages of the process went well from the payments, the communication, and checking in (6/12/25-6/15/25). It went downhill once I reported the bedbug issue at midnight on the first night.-Reported issue and received a response 10hrs later-Exterminators at the house spraying the next day. Told we had to return immediately to get our stuff and get out. We left our lunch, missed a prepaid tour, and had to cancel dinner reservations. And some family members left the trip due to this. - We did everything we could in hopes we didn’t carry any home with us. Not a fun feeling and left feeling DISGUSTED-Requested a full refund. King Rentals shorted me. Told me I had to work the rest out with VRBO. They were not willing to help me get the remainder of the money.-King Rentals will not talk with you on the phone or give you a contact for mgmt. Multiple respond to your messages with passive aggressive responses. They give you the run around.-Shoes were left in a closet while in a rush and they claim they didn’t find anything.-I would NOT use King Rentals Property Mgmt again after this experience.-Arwa at VRBO was super! Great customer service and did everything she could to help.
