Would not recommend
The address provided at booking is not the same address of the property. The host was supposed to send me a link to pay $50 for early check in at 1PM, however she didn’t respond to any of my messages, calls or texts. My group of 7 had to sit outside the property in the baking sun for 2 hours until we finally were able to reach her assistant. The property itself was ok. It has a pool which is nice for summer weather. The pull out couch was broken, so I asked Kiana for an air mattress, which she never brought despite me asking several times. One of my guests had to sleep on the floor during our trip, which is insane considering how much we paid for a small space. On day 2 we washed all of our shower towels after using the pool only to find out the dryer didn’t work. I reached out to Kiana for dry towels which we didn’t receive for about 24 hr so had to share one dry towel one of my guests brought between 7 people…. There is very minimal seating in the living room and the balcony is tiny. There are large black marks all over the walls that could be easily painted over . I don’t care about the walls, but was fearing that she would charge us for this. Lastly, there is a “Wynd” machine on top of the fridge that tells Kiana if our noise level is too high. Within 1 hour of check in I got a message that people were complaining we were too loud. This was at 330 in the afternoon and there were no guests next to us. overall would never recommend. There are plenty of nicer places!
